Actor Grand L. Bush was arrested on Tuesday (17Arp12) after allegedly defrauding members of the Department of Motor Vehicles (Dmv).

The Lethal Weapon star was pulled over while driving in Los Angeles and cops discovered his license plate had expired, even though his car's registration tags were somehow up to date.

The 56 year old was subsequently taken into custody and booked for felony fraud. He has since been released.

According to TMZ.com, Bush faces up to three years behind bars if the Los Angeles District Attorney decides to move forward with prosecution. »
