Wilmer Valderrama is embroiled in a legal dispute with his neighbour in Los Angeles over allegations the actor has been throwing wild parties at his home.
The That '70s Show star has been sued by his next-door neighbour Baruch Eichenbaum, who claims he has written seven letters to Valderrama and made dozens of phone calls over the alleged noise disturbance, which has been going on over the course of several years.

What do Adam Rodriguez, Eva La Rue, Wilmer Valderrama, Marisol Nichols, Cheech Marin, Jorge Garcia and Nestor Carbonell all have in common? Well, aside from the fact that they’re all Latin — they all lost their jobs on TV this week.
Over the weekend, CBS announced that it was pulling the plug on the long-running drama "CSI: Miami,” which stars Puerto Rican actors Adam Rodriguez and Eva La Rue in the lead roles of Eric Delko and Natalia Boa Vista, respectively.
On Sunday, the network also canceled the freshman comedy “Rob,” which centered on an architect (Rob Schneider) who marries into a tight-knit Mexican family. The show featured several Latino actors in lead roles, including Cheech Marin, Diana Maria Riva, Lupe Ontiveros and Eugenio Derbez.
And CBS wasn't the only network to cancel Latino-friendly shows this week -- the three other major networks ended shows starring Latinos as well.

NBC has cancelled Awake, their cop series with an alternate reality twist. Created by Kyle Killen (Lone Star), the 13th and final episode will air on Thursday, May 24th. Sadly we might never learn exactly what was going on in the head of Detective Michael Britten (Jason Isaacs).
Fans of this unique TV series are understandably upset and the cast and crew aren't too crazy about the news either. Here's what they had to say:
Wilmer Valderrama (Efrem Vega): "Wanted 2 say thank you 2 all our amazing fans 4 being so loyal & loving our @NBCAwake.. We believed in the show &...And put our hearts in every Ep.. We made something that had never been on TV, we are proud of the journey.. And grateful to... Have shared it with you all, we love you.. Make sure to Not miss our season closing episodes.. »

It's the nightmare NBC's Awake fans were dreading. NBC has cancelled the show after 13 episodes and one season.
Created by Kyle Killen (Lone Star), Awake revolves around a police detective (Jason Isaacs) who, after being in a horrific car accident, finds that he's living in two realities. In one, his son perished -- in the other, his wife did. The cast also includes Laura Allen, Steve Harris, Dylan Minnette, B. D. Wong, Michaela McManus, Wilmer Valderrama, and Cherry Jones.
The complex drama had an unimpressive debut back on March 1st, registering a 2.0 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 6.24 million viewers. NBC had released the pilot episode well in advance so some believed that hurt the premiere ratings.
Theoretically the second episode should have shown signs of growth but it didn't. Week two dropped 20%. Week three remained »

I thought of titling this post “Breaking Bad News” but figured some of you might have been misled. It is bad news, and it is breaking, and heartbreaking for those of us who have been loving the smart, layered, high concept, high quality Awake. NBC has made it known that there will be no Season 2.
Awake creator/showrunner Kyle Killen (Lone Star) was gracious in his tweet:
guys its cool. awake lasted 600% longer than lone star. at that rate next 1 be on until end of time. now, anyone know if Whitney is hiring?
— Kyle Killen (@killen8) May 11, 2012
followed by:
that was not meant to be shot at Whitney #promise #justlookingforplacetotakeairmattress
— Kyle Killen (@killen8) May 11, 2012
because yes indeed, NBC comedy Whitney did indeed inexplicably get picked up for a second season.
On NBC we are now left with the wonderful Grimm, and hopes for Mockingbird Lane, whose delayed production has so »

Arguably the biggest question of NBC's compelling drama "Awake" has been which of Britten's (Jason Isaacs) realities is real? Both? Just one? Neither? The other major mystery: Will Britten ever remember the circumstances surrounding that car "accident" that split his life in two? Looks like we might be getting some answers to both questions ... and likely, even more questions as a result.
We've got an exclusive sneak peek at the opening for this week's episode, "The Little Guy" (Thurs., May 10, 10 p.m. Et on NBC), which surfaces some serious issues for Britten with the introduction of a character that's only been cryptically referenced before.
Watch the clip above to see Britten unraveling with his "red timeline" therapist Dr. Lee (Bd Wong), then tell us: Do you think Britten will find a way to get back to his "green timeline" to see his son Rex again?
