Justin Timberlake is one of those guys who can apparently do anything he wants and do it extremely well. Sing? No problem. Dance? Piece of cake. Comedy? In his sleep. Timberlake's skills run so deep that they even extend to golf — the guy has a handicap under 10, hosts his own annual tournament in Las Vegas, is writing a book about the game and will soon be opening his own course outside Memphis.
Timberlake first honed his golf skills as a kid on the same course he now owns and has kept up his game, often playing in celebrity pro-ams. There was even talk of him getting into a few PGA Tournament events a few years back. Timberlake joins shock rocker Alice Cooper, No Doubt drummer Adrian Young and former Hootie & The Blowfish frontman Darius Rucker (among many others) as musicians who have made names for themselves driving and putting.

Maybe it's because they've spent their summer performing before stone-faced No Doubt fans in 15,000-seat amphitheaters and palatial hockey arenas, but when it came time to plan their own tour, Paramore decided to go small. Like, really small.
While they're still figuring out the dates for their tour in support of the upcoming Brand New Eyes LP, they already know what kind of venues they want to play: the kind they've been playing for years.
"We haven't hashed it all out yet, but it will be smaller, due to the fact that the tour we're doing right now is so large and, like, ticket prices are on a whole new level ... everything is a whole new level for us," frontwoman Hayley Williams told MTV News. "And we love it,

Rock act Panic! At the Disco have lost two of their members, guitarist Ryan Ross and bassist Jon Walker. Through a formal announcement on the band's official site, Ryan and Jon said they are leaving the band in order to "embark on a musical excursion of their own".
"Though the four of us have made music together in the past, we've creatively evolved in different directions which has compromised what each of us want to personally achieve," the statement is read. "Over the years, we have remained close and honest with each other, which helped us to realize that our goals were different and that parting ways is truly what is best for each of us. We are all excited for the future, you should be too."
The remaining members, lead vocal Brendon Urie and drummer Spencer Smith, will continue under Panic At the Disco. They have also released a statement regarding the split,

Gwen Stefani brought all of her boys to NYC this weekend for her stop on tour with No Doubt. Gavin took care of his mini-mes while Gwen was rocking out, treating Kingston to yogurt on Saturday before the family reunited for a playdate in Gramercy Park yesterday. After running around outside, it was time for Gwen and her band to hit the road for a concert in Cleveland last night. Yesterday, the first images from Tim Burton’s upcoming “Alice in Wonderland” hit the Internet. According to the stills, the film will be both frightening and delightfully insane (which is exactly what we’re looking for in a Burton/Depp collaboration).
There’s no shortage of references to Lewis Carroll’s classic novel in pop music (Gwen Stefani’s video for “What You Waiting For,” Marilyn Manson’s 2007 album Eat Me Drink Me, the 7,000 metal bands who have songs titled “Malice in Wonderland”), but Alice in Chains always brought the best combination of beauty and fear. Formed in 1987, disbanded in 1996 and reformed with a new singer (replacing departed frontman Layne Staley, who died in 2002), the band was always had one foot in the metal arena even as they rode the Seattle grunge wave. The clip for “Would?” is a fantastic time capsule, as it represents the sound, the clothes and the attitude of 1992. Plus,

One of the great comeback tales of the past few years has been the one owned by Linda Perry, who rescued herself from one-hit-wonder obscurity to become a top collaborator with some of the biggest names in pop music (like Christina Aguilera, Alicia Keys and Gwen Stefani). Kris Allen is currently working with super-producers David Hodges (Kelly Clarkson, Daughtry), Salaam Remi (Amy Winehouse) and Claude Kelly (Leona Lewis, Akon), but here are five circa-’90s songwriters who Allen should draft into collaboration service.
» Gregg Alexander: Alexander made a splash in 1998 when his band New Radicals scored a big hit with “You Get What You Give.” The group only produced one album, and since then Alexander has actually made a name for himself as a collaborator-for-hire, working with Hanson, Enrique Iglesias and Santana (whose “The Game of Love” won Alexander a Grammy in 2003). But he needs a big breakout that
