An homage to Adventure Time, the 45-second gag turns the residents of Springfield into characters from the hit Cartoon Network series. (Mr. Burns as the Ice King is almost too perfect.)

“That was the brain child of Mike Anderson, our supervising director,” executive producer Al Jean tells TVLine, adding that Adventure Time creator Pendleton Ward also recorded lyrics for the gag. “It’s a really beautiful, »

Margot Robbie, Norman Reedus, Ryan Gosling Read Mean Tweets on ‘Jimmy Kimmel’

22 September 2016 8:20 AM, PDT | Variety - TV News | See recent Variety - TV News news »

The tenth iteration of “Mean Tweets” is here — this time with Margot Robbie, Norman Reedus, Ryan Gosling and more reading scathing and hilarious tweets on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Wednesday night.

Hugh Grant kicked things off: “Watching Hugh Grant and his stutteringly pathetic ‘charm’ is about as appealing to me as closing my scrotum in a DVD case,” he read.

“Do y— … Are these real, or do you make them up to be especially nasty?” Grant asked with stutteringly pathetic charm.

Melissa McCarthy got to read, “Melissa McCarthy is the Madea of white people.”

The Walking Dead” star Reedus took a bite out of an apple after reading an especially suggestive tweet.

Paul Rudd took some heat for being an everyman. His tweet read, “Paul Rudd is the most boring, vanilla dude. You know he just sits at home with his wife having a bland spaghetti dinner talking about his day.”

Death Stranding will be released before 2019, may feature female hero

19 September 2016 3:47 AM, PDT | Flickeringmyth | See recent Flickeringmyth news »

Death Stranding is due for release in 2018, Hideo Kojima said during an on-stage Q&A session at Tokyo Game Show 2016 yesterday.

“It will be out before the Olympics,” said Kojima, referring to the Tokyo 2020 Games. He then went on, “To go a little further, there is a movie called Akira, and it will be out before the year in which Akira is set.”

Akira was set in 2019, so this announcement would plot Death Stranding’s release date at sometime during 2018.

Although Kojima had said last week during the PlayStation Press Conference in Japan that Death Stranding will be an online multiplayer game, he explained during Sunday’s stage session that it can also be played solo. Regarding the online elements, he gave very little new information, simply saying, “It will be a different kind of online play than anything we’ve seen before.”

He also said that it will include a female protagonist, »

Kojima Describes Death Stranding As An Open World Title With Online Elements

13 September 2016 7:56 AM, PDT | We Got This Covered | See recent We Got This Covered news »

As part of their lead-up to this year’s Tokyo Game Show, Sony and legendary game designer Hideo Kojima have released a few more morsels of information for the latter’s upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive, Death Stranding.

Sadly, there was no new accompanying teaser trailer or gameplay footage (we imagine we’re a long way away from the latter being released) revealed as part of the pre-show conference, but Kojima himself did reiterate to the audience that the mystery game will be action-oriented and be open world, offering players a “degree of freedom” as they explore its world and story.

Interestingly, Kojima also confirmed that “some online elements” will be present, although whether these will be integrated into the single player experience or be part of a separate feature entirely remains to be seen.

Oh, and just to make things even more cryptic, Kojima released a cutesy drawing of himself holding »

Norman Reedus and Jeffrey Dean Morgan's Bromance Is the Stuff of Legend

12 September 2016 12:50 PM, PDT | Popsugar.com | See recent Popsugar news »

Norman Reedus and Jeffrey Dean Morgan's characters on The Walking Dead might be bitter enemies thanks to that whole "Whose brains did Negan bash in with a baseball bat?" fiasco, but off screen the two actors can't get enough of each other. Jeffrey joined the cast in the season six finale of AMC's zombie drama, leading to plenty of adorable photo ops with him and Norman on Instagram, at Comic-Con, and beyond. Just like the rest of the cast's hilarious behind-the-scenes antics, the pair blow off steam with motorcycle rides, scruffy selfies, and hugs that would melt the heart of even the fiercest zombie killer. The only thing we want to know is whether or not Andrew Lincoln is in need of a Bff now (we'll happily oblige).
