Don King continues to be a staunch supporter of our Armed Forces. He has had the honor of visiting with our troops both overseas and stateside, from Landstuhl Medical Center in Germany, to participating in a USO tour in Iraq to touring numerous US military bases including Fort Campbell in Kentucky, the home of the 101st Airborne, where he was made an Honorary "Screaming Eagle" by then Lt. General David Petraeus for all his contributions and support. Mr. King provides his televised events, for free, to the AFRTS (Armed Forces Radio and Television Service) for global broadcasting to overseas bases and ships and has provided thousands of tickets for our men and women in uniform to view his live boxing events.
