USA Network has pushed back the planned fall launch of its six-episode event series “Dig” to 2015.

The show, co-created by “Homeland” executive producer Gideon Raff and “Heroes” co-creator Tim Kring, had faced production issues because of the conflict in the Middle East. Originally slated to film in Jerusalem in its entirety, the show ultimately moved production to Croatia. Interior shots are being filmed in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

A high-concept thriller, “Dig” follows an American FBI agent (played by Jason Isaacs) stationed in Jerusalem, who discovers a conspiracy during the course of a murder investigation. The cast includes Anne Heche, Alison Sudol, Regina Sudol, David Constabile and Omar Metwally.

USA is likely to pick up more episodes beyond the original order of six.

Last week, fans were introduced to the Sherman Tank crew featured in the upcoming war movie Fury. Today, we get a look at the infamous German Tiger tank in a new featurette. Director David Ayer managed to secure the only running Tiger tank left in existence, which resides in the Boddington Tank Museum in England, for an important sequence in the film.

Historian David Willey also explains that this particular Tiger was the first ever to be captured by the Allies during World War II, since these massive vehicles dwarfed the Shermans utilized by the Americans. Producer Bill Block explains that it took 50,000 Shermans to take out 1,500 Tiger's during World War II. Go behind-the-scenes with new footage and plenty of WWII insight with the latest video from Fury, arriving in theaters October 17.

14 September 2014 10:14 AM, PDT | EmpireOnline | See recent EmpireOnline news »

Oh, hitmen in the movies, when will you stop getting in trouble? Well, probably never, because seeing an assassin shopping for the best deal on wine in Tesco probably wouldn’t be all that exciting. Case in point: Keanu Reeves’ wronged killer in John Wick. The first trailer is online via IGN.Blending a violent killer thriller with vague elements of absurdist laughs would seem to be tricky proposition, but it's one that director Chad Stahelski and writer Derek Kolstad are willing to try.Reeves is the titular hard nut, who has given up bullet slinging for a quiet life. Until, that is, he runs afoul of some gangsters who take a shine to his car. Rebuffed, they track him down and take everything, even killing his beloved dog. Enraged, Wick picks up the tools of his trade once more and soon no one is safe… Surrounded by a none-more-eclectic cast including Adrianne Palicki, »

John Wick Trailer: Keanu Reeves Seeks Revenge in Incredibly Violent Fashion

12 September 2014 8:45 AM, PDT | Collider.com | See recent Collider.com news »

Summit Entertainment has released the first John Wick trailer for the upcoming revenge actioner, and it’s actually kind of great.  The film marks the directorial debut of veteran stunt coordinator Chad Stahelski and stars Keanu Reeves as a former hit man who comes out of retirement to track down the gangsters who took everything from him.  This trailer is incredibly promising, as the film looks to have the right balance of absurdity and action.  It doesn’t take itself too seriously, but it’s not overly campy either.  And Reeves looks to be having a blast as he’s surrounded by a diverse, impressive supporting cast.  Add in the fact that John Wick has been chosen to screen at Fantastic Fest next month, and this could prove to be one of the fall’s bigger pleasant surprises. Watch the John Wick trailer after the jump.  The film also stars Adrianne Palicki, »
