“Goodbye”, the Glee season 3 finale airs tonight, and to cap off the build up to the big graduation for members of New Direction team that included the initial tv teaser and an emotional extended clip of the episode. As you probably already know, Gloria Estefan will be appearing in the role of Santana’s mother, and you can see her in several of these pictures in this episode promo image gallery that we have from Fox. Some of the songs you will hear in the finale include work from the Beatles, Rod Stewart, Bruce Springsteen, Madonna, and Lea Michele will perform “Roots Before Branches” by Room for Two.
No worries though Glee fans. Season 4 of Fox’s hit show already has steam behind it, already announcing some guest stars in to look forward to in Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson, and another musical tribute episode for Britney Spears.

Well, Gleeks, the bittersweet moment has arrived. After over 300 songs, a handful of Finchel breakups and approximately 526,000 Sue Sylvester schemes, it’s graduation time for the McKinley High seniors. Going into the finale, there are a lot of unanswered questions about Rachel, Kurt, Finn, and everyone else: It’s still unclear who is coming back next year and in what role. For a while it seemed as though Glee would suffer a mass cast exodus as graduating seniors Rachel, Finn and Kurt headed off to pursue theater-arts studies in the Big Apple. But now Fox has announced that the series will juggle both NYC and Ohio-set story lines, with Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson signing on as New York-based mentors. Because she just won’t get out of my news feed, Britney Spears is once again invading our television sets with not only her new judging gig on X Factor, but Glee is prepping to do a second tribute episode to the once unstoppable pop star. If that seems a lot like coincidence, try and take comfort knowing this isn’t just happenstance. This was a deliberate attempt to cash in on Spears’ career resurgence (might be too early to claim her career is picking back up, but what do I know about music? I’m reporting on television here!). So what should we expect from Glee’s double dip into Spears’ repertoire?

A full decade after the Kate Hudson-Matthew McConaughey romcom How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, an indie sequel is in the works. How to Get Over a Guy in 10 Days will be directed by Legally Blonde scribe Kiwi Smith who will co-write the script with "Greek" writers Jessica O'Toole and Amy Rardin. The project will mark Smith's feature film directing debut.
Smith's lucky number must be 10 because she also wrote the TV series "10 Things I Hate About You." Her film scripts include The Ugly Truth, House Bunny, Ella Enchanted and She's the Man. O'Toole and Rardin wrote the upcoming American Girl movie and also wrote the "Jane by Design" epsiode "The Birkin" as well as the Hilary and Hayley Duff movie Material Girls.

Glee’s season comes to an end next week (May 22nd n Fox), with the season 3 finale episode aptly titled “Goodbye”, as Lea Michelle and the gang get ready for their graduation. “Goodbye” will guest star Gloria Estefan as Santana’s mother.
Glee season 4 is already a go though, with Fox making the show’s return official last month, amd we just recently learned that two season 4′s Glee guests are none other than Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson. Season 4 will also have Glee in a new timeslot, moving to the super competitive Thursday mix. Along with the schedule change, the word is that Glee fans will be getting two storyline threads, one focusing on the familiar New Directions, and the other following the adventures of the graduates as they hit New York. Reese Witherspoon hit the tennis courts today at the Brentwood Country Club. I Hate Being Single is different. It gives the same romcom premise a hipster spin. When it comes to celebrity drop-ins on Glee — such as last night's guest appearance by Lindsay Lohan — it appears that six degrees of separation from creator Ryan Murphy are four too many. Take, for example, the recent news that both Kate Hudson and Sarah Jessica Parker would be appearing on the show. Glee has yet to finish off its third season, yet reports are already coming in of celebrities being cast for parts in Season 4, with the first actresses to be hired being Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson. For Parker, this will be her first time on television since her days on Sex and the City, while Hudson hasn’t been on television since her 1997 appearance on Ez Streets. They must have worked out a very nice deal to secure them both so early on. Parker I’m not as surprised with, but Hudson has never seemed like someone who would do a stint on a television show. I was actually surprised to learn she was even on Ez Streets.
Yet TVLine reports it’s true, with both actresses signing on for multiple episodes. There was not an exact number for Parker, but Hudson was said to have a six-episode arc on the Fox series. »
