Breaking News: Syfy Announces Summer Schedule, Including Series Finale of Eureka

15 May 2012 12:30 PM, PDT | ScifiMafia | See recent ScifiMafia news »

The seemingly endless wait for the Syfy summer schedule is finally over! There is good news and bad, and one thing that is both good and bad. Let’s start with that: the Eureka Season Finale. We love Eureka, so every episode is good news; the fact that it’s a series finale, not so much. Mark your calendars – and have plenty of Kleenex in stock – for July 16 at 9/8c. Right after Comic-Con, which is early this year. We’ll see if that means a panel or not.

The good news: Warehouse 13 and Alphas return on July 23. The hmmm news is that Lost Girl will move to Fridays at 10 on July 20. Hey That’S Haven’S Spot. So Where The Heck Is Haven? Admittedly we had a head’s up that Haven would be pushed to fall when we learned that the DVDs for Season 2 weren’t being released until September but Argh. »

Coco, Ginnifer Goodwin, Cyndi Lauper, Star Jones, Mary J. Blige and Miranda Lambert were among the ladies showing off straw, feathers, flowers and bows on their heads. A little horseplay before Saturday's big race at the Kentucky Derby? With no sign of his recent companion, Mila Kunis, at his side, Ashton Kutcher made it a boys' night out at Friday's Barnstable Brown Party, Louisville's most elite and swanky Derby Eve celebration - where he also patched up a simmering feud with Miranda Lambert. Having formerly accused the Two and a Half Men star of making fun of country music when he presented her with the Female Vocalist of the Year award at last month's Academy of Country Music Awards, Lambert posed for a friendly picture with Kutcher at Friday night's soiree, »

John Shepphird directs and, today, we have a trailer to share.

Many years ago, hundreds of locals and tourists were massacred by giant man-eating sharks in the infamous 1916 Jersey Shore attacks. But that’s just a legend... or is it? When a man goes missing, Tc (The Complication), Nookie and friends fear the worst and plead with the police chief to close down the beach. It isn’t until a famous singer is eaten alive during a performance on the pier that the shark hunt begins. Now, the Preppies must work together »

Jc Chasez: An *Nsync Reunion Is 'Just Not In The Cards'

4 May 2012 9:17 AM, PDT | Access Hollywood | See recent Access Hollywood news »

Sorry, ladies - an *Nsync reunion is still not on the table according to Jc Chasez.

"It's just not in the cards," the former boy-bander told The Hollywood Reporter. "I'm sure that everybody in my group has been asked at one time or another -- I know I get asked, I know the other guys get asked -- but we're happy with what it was and we're happy to move on."

Jc, 35, said that he, Justin Timberlake, Joey Fatone, Lance Bass and Chris Kirkpatrick would only reunite for something really special - not for monetary gain.

Jc Chasez Says 'Nsync Reunion Just Isn't Going To Happen

4 May 2012 6:36 AM, PDT | MTV Newsroom | See recent MTV Newsroom news »

Boy bands are back in a big way. One Direction are topping the album charts and making history in the process. The Wanted are making girls lose their minds with their Billboard top five hit "Glad You Came." And Justin Bieber (who is a solo act and not technically a band, but you get why we're including him here) is just about the biggest male pop star in the world right now.

But fans of one of the biggest boy band ever, 'Nsync, have been dealt an unexpectedly hard blow this fair Friday morning, with news that a reunion of the band, at least according to Jc Chasez, is "just not in the cards."

Kevin Richardson's recently announced reunion with the Backstreet Boys definitely has people thinking back on the good old days of boy bands, but Chasez seems more than happy to pass the torch and move on. »

Singing Bee Sneak Peek: Welcome to the New Season

There may be multiple hit musical dramedies and innumerable singing competitions on network television, but that doesn't mean there's not enough room for the return of a cable favorite. Cmt's Singing Bee, approaching its 50th episode, becomes the latest music-related show to make its return and it promises to be (bee?) a good time.

Hosted by Melissa Peterman (Reba), Singing Bee is a fun, energetic bit of karaoke in a game show format. Contestants are forced to sing well-known (mostly) country songs in a bid to win $10,000, but just because they have to sing doesn't mean they have to sing it well. It's all about lyrical accuracy on Singing Bee, so those with a sharp ear for mumbly lyrics don't have to worry about any sharp vocals.

During each song, the contestant has to fill in the blanks on the song they're singing, »
