Anchor Bay Films has picked up rights to all English-speaking territories for two action movies, Officer Down and Pawn. Officer Down, directed by Brian A. Miller and written by John Chase, follows a rogue police officer who, in order to pay back old debts, seeks revenge against the men responsible for a young woman’s death. Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth are both nominated for Hottie awards at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards. While Cyrus competes against Selena Gomez, Katy Perry, Rihanna and Kate Upton in Female Hottie category, Hemsworth faces off the likes of Justin Bieber, Robert Pattinson, Ian Somerhalder and Ryan Gosling in Male Hottie category.
The former "Hannah Montana" star is also nominated for Choice Fashion Icon: Female. Her rivals include such high-fashion celebrities as Perry, Nicki Minaj, Zooey Deschanel and Jennifer Lopez. As for Male Fashion Icon, Bieber, Chris Colfer, Cee-Lo Green, Justin Timberlake and will.i.am are all set to face against one another.

Fox has announced the first wave of Teen Choice Award nominees, with "The Vampire Diaries" on The CW and "American Idol" on Fox leading the pack.
"The Vampire Diaries," starring Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder, earned six nominations, while the singing competition show "American Idol" racked up five.
The CW's "Gossip Girl" also managed to pull in a few nominations, as did Fox's "Fringe" and "Glee."

The Teen Choice Awards has released its first wave of nominees for the 2012 awards show, which will air Sunday, July 22, on Fox. The CW's "The Vampire Diaries" leads the pack of nominees with six nominations, while "Boyfriend" singer Justin Bieber and Fox's "American Idol" each got five nominations.
And just when you thought they couldn't come up with any more categories for the already lengthy list, the show has added Choice Book and Choice Electronic Dance Music (Edm) Artist.
Starting Friday (May 18), fans ages 13-19 can vote once each day per category for their favorite nominees on the Teen Choice Awards site.

Teen Choice Awards 2012 Nominees Announced
The first wave of nominees for the 2012 Teen Choice Awards have been announced and leading the way on the TV side are two decidedly different shows. Tied with six nominations apiece are The Vampire Diaries and American Idol, with everything from Fringe to Gossip Girl picking up at least one nomination. Last year, The Vampire Diaries led all shows in number of wins, totaling five with victories for the show (Choice TV Show: Fantasy/Sci-Fi), Ian Somerhalder (Choice TV Actor: Fantasy/Sci-Fi), Nina Dobrev (Choice TV Actress: Fantasy/Sci-Fi), Kat Graham (Choice TV: Female Scene Stealer), and Michael Trevino (Choice TV: Male Scene Stealer).
Listed below are the first round of TV nominations. Before last year's ceremony, another round was released three weeks following the first round and included categories like Choice Summer TV Show and Choice TV: Breakout Star.

Gossip Girl and Nikita follow with four, while NCIS: Los Angeles badass Linda Hunt, 67, is poised to repeat in the TV Actress/Action category, provided she can once again best the kick-butt quartet of Maggie Q (Nikita), Lyndsy Fonseca (Nikita), Yvonne Strahovski (Chuck) and Grace Park (Hawaii Five-0).

Rachel Uchitel, a nightclub manager and hostress who gained some notoriety years ago as a mistress to both actor David Boreanaz and then Tiger Woods when his scandal broke, has settled down with Matt Hanh. The couple were married on Oct. 2, 2011 in Las Vegas and then announced in December that they were expecting -- the above photo is from their Twitter announcement.
The pair has now announced the birth of their healthy baby girl. According to her publicist, Rachel gave birth just after 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15 in San Francisco to a healthy 7 lb, 1 oz girl. According to Matt's Facebook page, they named her Wyatt Lilly.
Rachel and Wyatt are resting comfortably. Also according to her publicist, Rachel has made a bit of a career change -- she's currently getting her forensic investigation license from DGA Detectives.

The woman who sparked golfer Tiger Woods' infidelity scandal has become a first-time mother.
Rachel Uchitel hit the headlines after her fling with the golf ace was exposed in November 2009, and she later admitted to an affair with actor David Boreanaz.
Now the former nightclub manager-turned-reality TV star has settled down with husband Matt Hahn, and she gave birth to their first child, a daughter, on Tuesday.
Her representative tells GossipCop.com, "Both Rachel and baby are resting comfortably."
The newborn, whose name has not yet been released, weighed seven pounds, one ounce (3.2 kilograms). »
