NCIS Season 15 Is Bringing On A New Female Agent For Action,New Details

17 August 2017 10:48 AM, PDT | OnTheFlix | See recent OnTheFlix news »

Recently, CBS put out a news article on their website revealing that we’re about to see a new female agent join the NCIS crew for the upcoming season 15. It turns out that the show has decided to hire actress Maria Bello to portray an NCIS agent that was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Army and served two tours in Afghanistan. Their article didn’t reveal the character’s name. So, I guess we’ll have to wait until later on or until she finally arrives on the show to get that intel. Adding to the character’s description, they said, “After joining NCIS, the character built her reputation as the agency's premier forensic psychologist. Unlike the other agents, she can second-guess and challenge Gibbs. So, there will be friction but also mutual respect. She is a positive force, mischievous and at times, acerbic. They say she will »

‘The Simpsons’ Star Nancy Cartwright: 30 Years Later, Bart Simpson Has Become a Grandma — and a First-Time Filmmaker

10 August 2017 12:30 PM, PDT | Indiewire | See recent Indiewire news »

It’s been a big year for “The Simpsons,” but an even bigger one for the voice of Bart Simpson.

Bart, Homer and the rest of the family first appeared on “The Tracey Ullman Show” 30 years ago, and the series is about to break another record with the most episodes of any scripted series in history (surpassing “Gunsmoke”).

Nancy Cartwright has also hit personal milestones, including her second Emmy nomination for voicing Bart Simpson. But over the course of the past year, she also became a grandmother – and a first-time filmmaker.

The Simpsons” has already been picked up for Seasons 29 and 30, guaranteeing Cartwright’s role as Bart until at least 2019 – and likely beyond. “Look what we’ve done. It’s unbelievable. It’s unfathomable,” she recently told IndieWire. “At 10 years they were saying, ‘Did you have any idea?’ and then 20 years, ‘Did you know?’ And now, another decade has gone »

On a Road of Personal Discovery in First Trailer for 'In Search of Fellini'

9 August 2017 5:32 PM, PDT | firstshowing.net | See recent FirstShowing.net news »

"This is your life - what do you want to do?" Ambi Media Group and Spotted Cow Entertainment debuted an official trailer for an indie coming-of-age film called In Search of Fellini, which is indeed about a young woman's search for Fellini. Ksenia Solo stars as a shy small-town Ohio girl who discovers Federico Fellini's "delightfully bizarre films" (see IMDb) and sets off on a journey across Italy to find him. Along the way, she discovers herself and romance and tasty Italian candy and much more. The cast includes Maria Bello, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Beth Riesgraf, Andrea Osvárt, and David O'Donnell. This looks quite adorable, and cute, very much a film-lovers adventure, though it does seem a bit cliche with its story. Enjoy.
