All Dogs Go to Heaven: The Series: Season 3: Episode 3 -- Charlie is convinced that humans have an easier life than dogs. An All Dogs Christmas Carol -- Carface uses a magic whistle that hypnotizes everyone to give him all their belongings. Certifiably Jonathan -- CERTIFIABLY JONATHAN is about the comedian, Jonathan Winters, who sets out to be a successful painter and dreams of hanging in the Museum of Modern Art in NYC. Just when his dream is about to become reality, his sense of humor is stolen and he loses his ability to paint. To avert disaster, the filmmakers call on Jonathan’s friends, fellow actors and comedians to help him regain his sense of humor.  What happens is funny and serious at the same time, just like our 83 year-old bi-polar hero.
