Just like last year, the 2014 Daytime Emmy acting reels are being made available for public viewing online. The roundup of episode submissions continues with Best Supporting Actor. I've watched all five. Will first-time nominee Dominic Zamprogna ("General Hospital") win for a subtle scene? -Break- Watch his rivals' reels: Bradford Anderson, Steve Burton, Scott Clifton, and Eric Martsolf Length of Reel: 6:36 Synopsis: Dante (Zamprogna) lets off steam at the gym, where he is visited by his father, Sonny (Maurice Benard). Dante and his wife, Lulu (Emme Rylan), have recently lost custody of their daughter, and Lulu blames him for it. After a heart-to-heart with Sonny, he tells Lulu that he wants to have another child. Daytime Emmy Awards Unveil Contenders for Acting Nominations

The National Academy of Arts & Sciences has unveiled the pool of contenders for top acting nominations for the 41st annual Daytime Emmy Awards.

The so-called pre-nominations list reflects the selections by actor peer group judges to winnow the list of eligible contenders in the six acting categories.

Final judging for the nominations and winners will begin March 26. Noms in all Daytime Emmy categories will be announced May 1.
