Gwyneth Paltrow is a self-proclaimed daddy’s girl — and it’s shaped the very person she is.

The actress, 44, took to Instagram on Sunday to share a touching message left to her by a friendly stranger. A flight attendant wrote “I was once a Daddy’s girl too” on a napkin, referencing Paltrow’s tight bond with her late father.

“When a flight attendant you’ve never met kinda knows you better than anyone #daddysgirl,” she captioned the photo.

Paltrow’s father, director-producer Bruce Paltrow, died in 2002 after a long battle with throat cancer.
