With the Sundance Film Festival taking place next month, I’ve been sent a ton of images from all the film’s playing. While I’d love to post all of them tonight, since I have images from 50 different films, it’s just not possible. So what I’ve done is taken a few of the new images I’ve been sent and I’m posting them as separate articles tonight. In the coming days and weeks you can expect a lot more image articles. Also, since not much info is known about the movies as no one has seen them yet, I’m using the synopsis’ that are on the official Sundance website. Up now is “Manure” and it’s from the Polish Brothers. According to the info I was given, it's a comedy about manure salesmen in 1960s America. And just looking over these first images, it’s »

You won't believe what funnyman showed up as a surprise guest at "Desperate Housewives" star Nicollette Sheridan's birthday bash! The newly single Nicollette celebrated her 45th birthday with comedian/actor David Spade, with whom she "cuddled and kissed," People magazine reports. "They arrived separately and even started dinner at different booths," an onlooker tells People. But as the evening went on, the two got more intimate, according to the source. While a source insists the two aren't currently dating, the onlooker said: "David winked at her and stood by her side while she blew out the candles on her cake." Nicollette Sheridan had a special guest at her party to ring in turning 45 – a possible new beau in David Spade. Celebrating her birthday at new L.A. hot spot Luau with Desperate Housewives costars Felicity Huffman, onscreen husband Neal McDonough and Kyle MacLachlan, the newly single Sheridan at first played it coy with her man of the evening. "They arrived separately and even started dinner at different booths," says an onlooker. It was a familiar scene: The duo were spotted a couple of weeks ago at the restaurant's opening, where they spent the night in deep conversation. This time, though, »

Eva Longoria celebrated her Allure magazine cover with celebrity friends at her restaurant Beso in La last night. Victoria Beckham offset Eva's dress as the two posed in black and white looking tan and beautiful. Posh seems to be enjoying herself in La before her exciting upcoming move to Milan. Eva walked around her party chatting with friends like Heidi Klum and smiling with Bff Mario Lopez and Hayden Panettiere. The fire on Desperate Housewives was put out this week, but the cast heated up the night to support Gaby. To see more photos including Rosario Dawson, Felicity Huffman and others just read more. After celebrating the return of Fontainebleau in Miami on Friday, the stars returned to the famous resort on Saturday for the annual Victoria's Secret fashion show. The pink carpet was brimming with stars despite the location change, including one of our favorite bachelors Robert Buckley. Heidi Klum looked incredible in the lingerie and showed off her perfect abs when Usher took to the runway to perform. All the angels looked spectacular as always, especially Alessandra Ambrosio who strutted her stuff just three months after giving birth like Heidi herself did not too many years ago. Adriana Lima got to wear the $5 million black diamond bra, which got Heidi talking about the economy. She said, "You always have to look forward even when times are bad. You have to look to the future." Speaking of Miss Klum, with Seal in the audience cheering her on, she was the finale of the »
Heidi Klum had her annual Halloween party at 1 Oak in NYC on Friday night and dressed up to the nines as usual — check out all of Heidi's past years' intricate costumes here. Decked out in head-to-toe blue with six extra arms, Heidi dressed up as a Hindu goddess while Seal was an Indian warrior. Christian Siriano got in on the fun as Cruella de Vil and Kyle MacLachlan tanned himself in a white robe. As everyone danced to Nelly Heidi sang, "It's getting hot in here. I want to take my arms off." Another successful party for our favorite costumed family. To see more photos including Pink as a clown, Austin Scarlett as a geisha and others just read more. After the highs and lows of the Emmys show the party really got started. For many, the first stop was the Governor's Ball like Heidi in yet another gown before the other bashes. Some were off to the ET/People bash while others went to hear Samantha Ronson spin at Kress nightclub for the TV Guide soiree. Lindsay Lohan came along for the ride and acted as a pillow for Samantha after a long weekend of gigs. Best Dressed candidate Hayden kept posing pretty before tonight's big Heroes return. The Mad Men folks had a lot to celebrate making history with their Best Drama Series win. In the press room the cast were clearly loving every second of it taking photos of each other on their iPhones, Jon Hamm pretending to light a cigarette as an homage to the Don Draper inside him while January Jones talked about how the »

You could call "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2" a "Sex and the City" for 'tweens, but truthfully the former is a much better movie, albeit far less raunchy.
In the three years since the first "Traveling Pants" was adapted from one of Anne Brashears' novels, two of its little-known ensemble of four have become TV stars - America Ferrara on "Ugly Betty" and Blake Lively on "Gossip Girl."
Surprisingly, they're not rewarded with the juiciest of the four intersecting story lines drawn from three other Brashears novels. »

Photo: MGM Home Video I just don't think I am much of a Lynchian. David Lynch is obviously working on a level unlike 99.9999% of the directors out there and there appears to be only a couple of ways of looking at a Lynch film. You can absorb Lynch to the point you become immersed in the world(s) he creates in his films. You can search for meaning and you can spend a long time doing so. You can also watch 15 minutes of a Lynch film and give up on it before you even get into the darkness he sets out to create. In 2001 I watched Mulholland Drive and I enjoyed dissecting that at the time, but for the life of me I can't remember any of the conclusions I came to. I tried watching Lost Highway and failed, after all my only interest in the »
