It was all about the famous celebrity offspring at last night's "The Longest Ride" premiere! Scott Eastwood looked dapper in all black on the red carpet for the flick's premiere. Clint Eastwood's son turned heads in his understated wardrobe and let his good looks take center stage. His costar Britt Robertson also donned black for the premiere. The 24-year-old went with a fun futuristic Christian Dior mini, which featured a partially-sequined turtleneck. She gave the look a pop of color with hot pink pumps. The movie stars the hunky 29-year-old and the blonde beauty as star-crossed lovers Luke Collins and Sophia Danko. Luke is a champion bull rider, while Sophia is a college student. Things get tricky when Collins injures himself in a rodeo and their lives intertwine with a much older man, Ira Levinson (played by Alan Alda), whose personal love story influences the young couple. Coming to theater on April 3rd is the film Effie Gray.
The film explores the fascinating, true story of the relationship between Victorian England’s greatest mind, John Ruskin, and his teenage bride, Euphemia “Effie” Gray, who leaves him for the Pre-Raphaelite painter John Everett Millais.
Effie Gray is the first original screenplay written by Oscar-winning screenwriter Emma Thompson. In this impeccably crafted period drama, Thompson delicately and incisively probes the marital politics of the Victorian Era, and beyond.

Tom Ford has teamed up with George Clooney to film 'Nocturnal Animals'. The 53-year-old fashion designer - who is directing the film - has called on the 'Ocean's Eleven' star to join him behind the camera in producing the movie. The star of the thriller - which is Tom's second directorial offering - is yet to be announced, although Tom hinted that the female protagonist was present at his show in Los Angeles last month. While Amy Adams, Gwyneth Paltrow, Anjelica Huston, Sofía Vergara, Emily Ratajkowski, Jennifer Lopez, Reece Witherspoon, Scarlett Johannson and Julianne Moore were all present on the frow, Amy has since emerged as the front runner. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Tom has written the screenplay which is adapted from Austin Wright's novel 'Tony and Susan'. The award-winning designer - whose debut film 'A Single Man' starring Colin Firth was released in 2009 - has been well received in the movie industry. »
We at Thn collectively love Keanu Reeves and have been immensely excited about his return this year in John Wick. Although not released in UK cinemas until April, Thn have been lucky enough to have already seen it and we can tell you that it is all kinds of awesome.
John Wick was so brilliant that it has awoken my long-forgotten admiration for Mr Reeves and compelled me to revisit his extensive back catalogue immediately. As readers of previous instalments will remember Keanu Reeves was one of my teenage girl crushes alongside Christian Slater. Given that I was a teen during the early noughties these choices might seem a little odd to some of you. Me and my friend though had different tastes to our more mainstream friends – and my choices make a little more sense than Val Kilmer and cartoon character Gambit. Keanu celebrated 50 last year but doesn’t »

With an opening weekend that topped $70m in the Us, Kenneth Branagh may have the hit of his movie directing career on his hands with his live action Cinderella take. It's a strong film too, that finally makes it to the UK this week. And ahead of its release, he spared us some time for a natter about it...
I think I've worked out what you're up to. I've worked out your ruse. You do Thor, Cinderella and Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit. Three different juggernauts, aimed at three different segments of the market, opening your work up to an audience that may otherwise not be familiar with it.
This is all about selling DVDs of Peter's Friends, isn't it?
[Laughs] That would be a lovely by-product.
Were you consciously looking for different audience subsets, »
Lily James will step into the glass slipper in Disney's live-action Cinderella on March 13, but she won’t be the first actress to flee the ball at the stroke of midnight. In fact, we can add James to a long list of praised actresses to take on the title role.
7. Ella Enchanted (2004)
Anne Hathaway flexes her golden pipes in this charming twist on the classic fairytale in Ella Enchanted. In this adorable flick, Ella is cursed with the "gift of obedience," forcing her to do anything she's told, even if it’s against her will. Frustration for the curse sends Ella on a quest to find her fairy godmother and break the spell so she can finally live happily ever after.
6. Another Cinderella Story (2008)
When you've had a steady TV gig like Jack Huston did on Boardwalk Empire, it's always nerve wracking when that gig comes to an end. While trying to transfer to films is always an option, it doesn't always work for actors primarily known for their work on the small screen. Lucky for Huston though, he has a gig playing the lead in Ben Hur already lined up. And if Relativity Studios has their way, he could be filling the recently vacated lead in the remake of The Crow. Deadline has the inside track on information that pegs Jack, paternal nephew of Angelica Huston, in the lead role of Eric Draven. Draven, who becomes the eponymous hero after being slain alongside his pregnant fiancee, lives a second life for vengeance against the criminal scum that took away his ultimate happiness. The 1994 Alex Proyas-directed original is a cult classic, with Brandon Lee »
We chatted to her as Glue arrives on DVD. And we've found out if we're going to see the Shona Shuffle again anytime soon...
I spoke to you in the midst of Pride, a film I really loved. It struck me then and it struck me since that last year seemed to be a year and a half for you, what with that, Doctor Who and Glue. You've hinted in the past that since you left drama school, life has been a whirlwind. So where does 2014 sit in all of that?
I never expected that I'd be doing as many jobs as I did. »

On any given year, the four acting winners are usually a mix of American and non-American actors, but this year could see all four acting awards go to American actors for the first time in 17 years.
If Michael Keaton beats Eddie Redmayne for lead actor and the current projected frontrunners — supporting actress nominee Patricia Arquette, supporting actor nominee J.K. Simmons and lead actress nominee Julianne Moore — also win, it will be the first time since 1998 that all of the acting awards were given to American actors. (It will also be the second time in 77 years that all of the winners have been 46 or older.)
Since 1980, there have been eight instances where American actors were awarded all four acting Oscars. »

Despite its title, “Tinker Bell and the Legend of the Neverbeast” cares little for the iconic fairy who was introduced in J.M. Barrie’s classic “Peter Pan,” and who has since spawned her own Disney movie-and-merchandising franchise, of which this is the sixth full-length feature. Relegating Tinker Bell to peripheral supporting status, Steve Loter’s animated saga instead focuses its attention on one of her many fairy friends, Fawn (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin), a plucky sprite who learns, through her adventure with a mystical creature known as the Neverbeast, that it’s equally important to follow your heart as well as your head. A colorful and cheery fantasy that duplicates its series predecessors’ cutesy humor and feel-good message making, it’s apt to garner moderate interest from very young fans both during its limited-engagement theatrical run and subsequent homevideo release, though anyone over the age of 7 will likely find it too immature by half. »

Maggie Gyllenhaal worried about accidentally exposing her breasts at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. The 37-year-old actress - who looked stunning in a long-sleeved white Thakoon gown at the prestigious ceremony on Sunday night (25.01.15) - feared she could end up showing more than she intended as she stepped out in the low cut neckline on the red carpet. The brunette beauty - who was inspired by 'The Addams Family' star Anjelica Huston to don the figure-hugging gown - told People as she arrived at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles: ''I hope that my t***ies stay inside my dress. ''I thought it looked like Anjelica Huston in 1979. That's what I was kind of going for.'' In contrast to the 'Secretary' actress' cleavage-baring dress, 'Game Of Thrones' star Natalie Dormer covered up in a watercolour-inspired, one-shoulder Naeem Khan gown. The 32-year-old actress confessed she had »
Chicago – In a year where shoots with perpetual photo fashionistas like Cindy Crawford and Sarah Jessica Parker still failed to crack the Top Ten list of biggest celebrity photo-ops, you know 2014 was a very good year for HollywoodChicago.com and myself, Joe Arce, as Senior Staff Photographer.
Narrowing down the 182 celebrity subjects that posed for my lens last year to a mere ten favorite portraits is not an easy task. Nonetheless, here are my Top Ten picks for biggest celebrity shoots of 2014. I based this on a combination of star power wattage of the subjects, the artistic results and the degree of difficulty in landing the quarry – for those iPhone carrying budding celebrity stalkers who may wish to play along at home.

Parents' night out! Putting split rumors to rest, Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes stepped out for a fun date night at a sold-out Don Rickles show at the Saban Theatre in Los Angeles on Saturday night. With her hair wrapped in a pink scarf, the new mom, 40, looked "stunning" in a leopard-print dress and checkered jacket as she walked into the theater hand-in-hand with Gosling, 34, who was dressed up in slacks, a sports coat and white dress shoes. The couple - who welcomed daughter Esmeralda Amada in September - snuggled up together in their seats while waiting for the show to begin. »
