Unsold pilot: In 1960 he starred as Fr. Edward Sorin, founder of the University of Notre Dame, in "The Trial", the pilot of a proposed anthology series to be called "Equitable Life Theatre".
Co-founded entertainment business management firm Jeff Hunter Management, and production company Apollo Productions.
Appeared as one of the celebrity panelists on the pop music discussion program "Peter Potter's Juke Box Jury" on KNXT Hollywood (later moved to KRCA-TV), in 1953, 1955, 1956, 1957, 1958, and 1959.
Stage: Appeared with wife
Barbara Rush in the Actors' Album production of "The Madwoman of Chaillot" at Harout's Ivar Theater in Los Angeles in April 1951, with
Aline MacMahon in the title role.
Radio: "The Lux Radio Theater" (1955's 'Rawhide' and 1953's 'Lure of the Wilderness'). He also performed five times on Mutual Radio's "Family Theater" between 1952 and 1954.
Unsold pilot: In 1966 he starred in a pilot written by
Eric Ambler, based on his novel, called "Journey Into Fear".
