Tony and Angela back together again! Who's the Boss? stars Tony Danza and Judith Light had a mini reunion on Thursday night when they attended the opening night of the Broadway show Disgraced at the Lyceum Theatre in New York City. The two former co-stars from the '80s ABC series, who were each dressed conservatively in black blazers, wrapped their arms around each other and flashed their smiles for the cameras. Of course, there are three very important people missing from this photo: Samantha (Alyssa Milano), Jonathan (Danny Pintauro) and Mona (Katherine Helmond). It seems like Light has been keeping up with all of her Broadway shows. Just last night she tweeted, "What a nite in the theatre! »

20. Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998)

Directed by: Terry Gilliam

So…drugs, right? Based on Hunter S. Thompson’s 1971 novel of the same title, Fear and Loathing stars Johnny Depp and Benicio del Toro as Raoul Duke and Dr. Gonzo, respectively. The pair is heading to Sin City, speeding through the Nevada desert, under the influence of mescaline. From there, the film is series a bizarre hallucinations seen through the eyes of Duke. So, we jump from hotel room to hotel room, all of the action a blur of what is happening and what really isn’t. Throughout the course of the film, Duke and/or Gonzo ingest the following drugs: mescaline, sunshine acid, diethyl ether, LSD, cocaine, and adenochrome (probably more). Duke – who is a Thompson stand-in – is supposed to be writing an article before heading back to Los Angeles, but tends to get sidetracked quite a bit. In »

Open Thread. Fix Your Face! "Look at My Muscles"

20 May 2014 7:10 AM, PDT | FilmExperience | See recent FilmExperience news »

Jim Broadbent fixes Katherine Helmond's face in Brazil (1985)This week's banner is going out to Dusty who won the Kidman focused Say What contest. (Last week's "eye roll" was a hit so why not continue?) Dusty chose facial restoration of any kind. Cheeky! Thus I am obliged to pose thusly (see right hand sidebar) and find celebrity photos to accompany my goopiness up top. Hope you enjoy.

But this leads me to three questions.

01. Is this some sort of hint that I need to fix myself? It's true I have been looking worse for the wear (I don't recommend turning 40+)  as stated in the "weight watching" thread. So I'll take the hint given what I suggested there and set up a weekly offsite email group for encouragement (exercize, self-improvement, whatnot... probably with movies to help us) because it's easier to stay motivated in numbers. If you're interested, let me know. »
