Hallmark Channel's July Schedule Packed With Western Thrills And Top Hollywood Talent

Gun-toting bandits, grizzly cowboys and bloodthirsty outlaws are all characters in Hallmark Channel's July movie round-up. Several notable leading men such as Matt Damon, Kieffer Sutherland, Ernest Borgnine, Lou Diamond Phillips, Luke Perry and Dean Cain are included among the month's showcase of western-set dramas.

Highlights from Hallmark Channel's July movie schedule:

- Sunday, July 5 - "Angel and the Badman", a remake of the 1947 classic starring Lou Diamond Phillips and Luke Perry. - Friday, July 10 - "Geronimo: An American Legend" with Matt Damon as a U.S. Calvary lieutenant pitted against the famed Native American warrior. - Saturday, July 11 12pm/11am Central - "Butch and Sundance: The Early Days" follows the young men before they grew into hunted outlaws. - Saturday, July 11 - "The Gambler, The Girl and The Gunslinger" featuring Dean Cain as a cattle rancher battling to preserve his livelihood. - Sunday, July 12 - "Aces N Eights" stars

Actor Casper Van Dien, best known as Johnny Rico from "Starship Troopers," has decided to help fight child abuse by making an extremely bizarre Public Service Announcement. The PSA features Van Dien as Rico telling viewers to visit ChildHelp.org for more information, while he holds a rubber gun and a war is going on in the background.
