"Will" centers on Hayden (O'Neal), a woman framed for the murder of her wealthy husband (Berenger) in their affluent Midwestern town. With all evidence stacked against her, she's arrested by a detective (Brolin) and begins a quest to uncover the truth.
Landing the central role in "Will" is a triumph for the Apa/Untitled-repped O'Neal. It is her first film since pleading guilty in the summer to disorderly conduct and entering rehab after attempting to purchase drugs.

Former actress Brigitte Nielsen blames her previous marriage for turning her into an alcoholic - insisting she turned to drink because she was miserable.
The Danish-born star divorced her fourth husband, Raoul Meyer, in 2005 and is now married to Italian bartender Mattia Dessi.
Nielsen has long struggled with a dependency on alcohol, checking into rehab last year in a final bid to kick her addiction.
And she insists that it was the collapse of her marriage to Meyer which sparked her alcoholism - as she was so unhappy when their relationship unraveled that she used drinking as an escape.
She says, "I believe my last marriage turned me into an alcoholic. I was so miserable and stayed (in the relationship) because of the kids, but in the end it was awful for them because we were arguing. Six or seven years, I hid the bottles. When you're that depressed you can't even do it (stop drinking) for your kids - that's the most disgusting thing."
Nielsen has two children Douglas, 15, and Raoul, 13, from her marriage to Meyer. She also has two other children from previous relationships. »
Reformed hellraiser Brigitte Nielsen wants to start a family with her toyboy husband Mattia Dessi, after he helped her kick her alcohol addiction.
The Danish actress claims she is a new woman at 45 after a successful stint in rehab and a recent string of cosmetic surgery procedures - all captured on camera for a reality TV show.
She will strip nude in December to show off the work in Playboy magazine - and wants to start trying for kids straight after.
Nielsen - already a mother of four - tells British magazine Hello!, "The children have kept me going. After I do Playboy, we want to try IVF. It's asking a lot, but if it's possible, it would make our package complete."
Nielsen married 30-year-old Dessi, her fifth husband, in 2006. She has one son, Julian, with first husband Kasper Winding; another, Killian, with ex-boyfriend Mark Gastineau; and two more sons, Douglas and Raoul Jr. with fourth husband Raoul Meyer. »
Brigitte Nielsen has launched a new attack on racing pundit John McCririck, describing him as "disgusting" and "foul". The actress and reality TV star admitted that she has not forgiven McCririck for his behaviour when they appeared on Celebrity Big Brother together in 2005. "He is disgusting. Revolting. It's not an act. The man is foul," Brigitte told the Daily Star. "He's always picking his nose, so he turned up on the programme with great big scabby cold sores under each nostril. He kept dabbing at them with a filthy cloth. Yuck! "I met his wife afterwards, (more) »

Ivanka Trump looking to do a book. Doesn't know about what yet nor even who'd be her collaborator yet. Just knows she wants to do it, that it should deal with her being a role model, that the number she expects as an advance is in the neighborhood of $2 million. The Trumps always live in good neighborhoods.

Former actress Brigitte Nielsen was so hooked on alcohol she heard voices in her head telling her to drink more.
The Danish-born beauty, 45, checked into rehab a year ago as her boozing spiralled out of control.
Now she reveals how she was forced to ask for help after hitting rock bottom.
The actress, who was once married to Sylvester Stallone, tells Britain's Closer magazine, "Booze turned me into a bad mum, an ugly, depressed woman and a complete loser.
"Last year, I looked in the mirror and realised I'd reached rock bottom. I heard voices in my head, telling me to drink.
"I even drank just to pick up the phone because I felt such self-loathing and embarrassment."
And Nielsen also urges singer Amy Winehouse, who is battling drink and drug addictions, to get help - before it is too late.
She adds: "I get so sad when I see people like Amy Winehouse destroying themselves. They should get help before it kills them - like I did." »

Brigitte Nielsen is undergoing plastic surgery on a new German reality TV show.
The model/actress will have a facelift, breast surgery and liposuction in the four-part series called Aus Alt Mach Neu (Turning Old Into New).
The first episode aired on Sunday night (6Jul08), and was watched by 2.5 million viewers, who saw fat being sucked out of the 44 year old's hips.
Nielsen - the former wife of Sylvester Stallone - hopes to auction off the fat for charity, and after her surgery is complete, she plans to pose naked for Playboy magazine, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of her 1988 nude spread for the publication.
She says, "Twenty years ago, I did the cover of Playboy... I wanna do Playboy December
this year. I'm gonna be 45." »
I’m not sure what makes this story so comical - the fact the Hollywood has jumped on the remake gravy train once again, or is it the fact that Robert Rodriguez has once again hired his girlfriend Rose McGowan to star in yet another one of his projects?
It’s a tough question to answer, but for the sake of argument I’ll say that I can’t believe that Red Sonja is going to be remade.
Nu Image/Millennium Films, the company behind the recently annnounced (and forever in development) Conan remake have stated that they are producing a film version of Robert E. Howard’s second most famous character that will be “presented” by Robert Rodriguez and directed by Douglas Aarniokoski.

The actress and Robert Rodriguez have confirmed they're planning a major remake of the 1985 big screen adaptation of the comic book series, in which Nielsen played a bikini-clad, sword-wielding barbarian vixen.
The script was sent to her and she admits she had no idea why she had been selected to play the new Sonja.
She tells USA Today newspaper, "I thought it was funny. I do have a body made for sitting on a veranda with mint juleps and a parasol. I don't know why I always have to save the planet."
But Rodriguez insists his partner is perfect for the role: "Rose is a pistol. She's whip-smart, has attitude to burn, is sexy, extremely strong, yet has a vulnerable side that would surprise her closest friends. That description also fits Red Sonja." »
Conaway, who quit the show's first season days before his treatment was complete, revealed he was returning to the show to kick his dependency of painkillers on the red carpet at the TV Land Awards at the weekend.
Busey and the others seeking the help of TV psychologist Dr. Drew Pinsky checked into the televised rehab on Monday.
Busey, who claims 13 years of sobriety, is not among the troubled souls on the show - the actor has been hired to help the group members through the recovery process.
The intense 21-day program will be filmed and aired on VH1 in October.
The actress/model announced her plans during an appearance on the Billy Bush Radio Show in Los Angeles, admitting she'll undergo cosmetic surgery to look her best for the big reveal in December.
Nielsen explains she's planning a facelift and a boob lift and reduction.
She says, "I wanna look up and say, `Oh, I like myself. I don't like my lines... I'm gonna do the boobs; I'm gonna lift them and be a bit more discreet and then I will do Playboy.
"Twenty years ago, I did the cover of Playboy... I wanna do Playboy December this year. I'm gonna be 45." »
Latest: Ivana Trump's son gave her away to new husband Rossano Rubicondi on Saturday with a bizarre speech that included a tribute to his mother's breasts, and a threat to kill the Italian toyboy if he doesn't "treat her right".
The couple married at the Florida home of Ivana's ex-husband Donald Trump, with a guest list including the business tycoon and his current wife Melania, actor George Hamilton, Brigitte Nielsen and Paris Hilton's parents.
At the reception, singer Neil Sedaka serenaded the couple - and Donald Trump Jr. handed over his mother to her new husband, with a speech that referenced Ivana's "great boobs" and a chilling warning for the 35-year-old groom. According to the New York Daily News, he told Rubicondi from the microphone, "We are a construction company and we have job sites, we lose people.
"You better treat her right, because I have a .45 and a shovel." »
Guests at Ivana Trump's wedding were given strict instructions: Check your cameras – and cell phones – at the door. But People has this sneak-peek photo of the elaborate ceremony in Palm Beach in which Donald Trump's ex-wife wed for the fourth time Saturday, marrying Italian model-actor Rossano Rubicondi before 500 friends and family members. (For more details and photos of the wedding, pick up the next issue of People magazine, on newsstands Friday.) One of those guests, former Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous host Robin Leach, also got permission to snap a few photos at a pre-wedding fete the day before. »
