(October 2,2010) His film, "Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown," was adapted into a musical at the Lincoln Center Theater at the Belasco Theatre in New York City with De'Andre Aziza, Laura Benanti, Danny Burstein, Nikka Graff Lanzarone, Patti Lu Pone, Brian Stokes Mitchell, and Sherie Rene Scott in the cast. Jeffrey Lane wrote the book. David Yazbeck composed music and lyrics. Bartlett Sher was director.
