A few years ago I watched a movie with my mom. I'm not positive it was Charlie Chaplin but I think it was. Anyway it was hilarious and could someone please tell me the name? All I remember is a part where something falls down the back of his shirt and he starts to squirm. He gets in trouble because there's a sign nearby that says NO SHIMMY SHAKING. I think he falls down a flight of stairs somewhere at that part, too. Thanks.
