They could have been around and acting before 2003, but in the past decade have become stars or someone to watch or really defined themselves as more. Stars like Angelina Jolie and Kate Winslet are left out because they might in the age bracket but broke out before 2003. What they all have in common is their best work came after.

Just a thought on a recast of TRHPS. Some of my choices are older than the original cast, but I think in their prime would have done well. Here is my list of some of the best looking and talented actors under 40 in Hollywood(Not in Order) Some are familiar faces and some are not.
List of actors and actresses whom I absolutely cannot bear to watch. Whether it be the fact that many of them are incredibly overexposed into film, some making half a dozen films a year. It's obvious they are quite shallow and just want our attention and money, as they could care less of credibility and substance. Exclusivity is the main factor that separates the dime a dozen actors from the pack, excluding talent of course. Of those actors and actresses in their 20s currently, many are on record paces to make 50-60 films by the time they hit their early 30s. Just imagine how many films these whores will make by the time they are 40-50. Some of them, however, will transition to the charater actor title in 5-10 years once their fad runs out its course. Some of the others will likely overdose and possibly even die, but by then their careers will probably be over.
Although most of the adjacent photos do not do their beauty justice, these men are still magnetic specimens either physically, facially or even intellectually in themselves. Most are even widely known, desirable sex symbols, particularly the top five who defy human possiblities of attractiveness. Sorry to sound objective...
