All of these series are anything from in slight danger to everything but cancelled during the 2012-13 TV season. They are only the broadcast network's prime time series. Whatever the case, they have not officially been cancelled or renewed. This list is subject to change as often as new information becomes available so be sure to check back.
Last year's list saw 20 shows out of 34 cancelled.

A reality-tv based show in which contestants compete for a job as an apprentice to billionaire American Donald Trump. (60 mins.)
“ The reality series has lasted 13 seasons, but its ratings have been dropping pretty fast. Though Mr. Trump himself has given the green-light on another season, NBC has yet to officially order a season 14. And based on the finale’s very low ratings, someone might end up telling Trump he’s fired. ” - RecceR

The adventures of the "Family Guy"'s neighbor and deli owner, Cleveland Brown. (22 mins.)
“ The Seth MacFarlane series isn’t looking too good in terms of renewal. Animated shows take time to make, so they are renewed far in advance. All of FOX’s other animated shows were renewed back in spring 2012 for seasons set to air during the 2013-14 TV season. The window for renewing the series and assuring they have episodes for fall 2013, FOX would have done this by about winter 2012. Add in declining ratings and new projects Seth has been working on, the Family Guy spin-off is likely getting the axe. However, there is a small chance it could be renewed to return midseason next year.
Update: On April 16th, Cartoon Brew reported the series was definitely cancelled based on a notice from The Animation Guild. However, a FOX rep countered by stating they have made no decision on a fifth season. While the guild represents the artists on the series and has no reason to lie, FOX hasn’t pulled the show nor confirmed cancellation, so it stays here. ” - RecceR

“ The reality competition series did pretty well with season 1, but season 2 has seen a drop in the ratings. As of the May 10th finale, ratings were pretty low so it’s up to NBC at this point. ” - RecceR

“ The ABC remake of the UK series hasn’t been doing too well in the ratings. The premiere saw lower ratings than last summer’s reality series “The Glass House,” which is now cancelled. Many have complained about the “immoral content,” which may or may not be part of the reasoning for low ratings. Don’t expect this show to get another season. ” - RecceR
