In Joely Fisher's recent unflinching memoir, she comes clean and bares her soul about growing up in what she describes as "The Fishbowl".Daughter of Hollywood legendary crooner Eddie Fisher and entertainment icon Connie Stevens, Joely was raised in the Los Angeles area educated in a dozen LA schools, continuing on to the Université de Paris/Sorbonne and Emerson College in Boston. From the time she hit the boards in the multi-purpose room in her Catholic elementary school musical, Mama said, "I couldn't stop her with a train". Triple threat, Joely Fisher stands out as a star of television, musical theatre, and motion pictures. Lindsay Dee Lohan was born in New York City, on 2 July 1986, to Dina Lohan and Michael Lohan. She began her career at age three as a Ford model, and also made appearances in over sixty television commercials, including spots for The Gap, Pizza Hut, Wendy's, and Jell-O (opposite Bill Cosby). Lohan made her acting debut in 1996 as the third actress to play Ali Fowler in the television drama Another World (1964). Shortly afterward she was hand-picked by Oscar-nominated writer Nancy Meyers as estranged twin sisters in an adaptation by Walt Disney Pictures of a novel by Erich Kästner, which marked Meyers' directorial debut. Lohan's first feature film, The Parent Trap (1998), a remake of The Parent Trap (1961), was a modest commercial success, earning her widespread critical acclaim and a Young Artist award for Best Leading Young Actress in a Feature Film, as well as Blockbuster Entertainment and YoungStar award nominations.
After signing a three-movie contract with Disney, she returned to the small screen to star in the made-for-TV movies Life-Size (2000) (opposite Tyra Banks) and Get a Clue (2002) (opposite Bug Hall). She also appeared as Rose in the pilot episode of the short-lived comedy series Bette (2000), which starred Bette Midler.
In June 2001 Lohan took a brief hiatus from acting. Her music career was launched over a year later, when Estefan Enterprises made a five-album production deal with her in September 2002, and she signed a recording contract with the reactivated Casablanca Records.
However, Lohan was not turning her back on her blossoming acting career. Just over a month previously she had been cast opposite Jamie Lee Curtis for another Disney adaptation of a novel, this time a fantasy comedy by Mary Rodgers. Freaky Friday (2003), a remake of Freaky Friday (1976), was a huge hit (generating over $160 million in worldwide box office receipts) and critics were spellbound by delightful performances from Lohan and Curtis (who went on to receive a Golden Globe nomination for her work). In addition, Lohan won the 2004 MTV Movie Award for Best Breakthrough Female, as well as a Saturn award nomination and another Young Artist award nomination.
Lohan relocated permanently to Los Angeles between projects and moved into an apartment with fellow actress Raven-Symoné. She also dated pop star Aaron Carter for a short time.
Her next acting role was the title character in the comedy Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen (2004), a Disney adaptation of the novel by Dyan Sheldon. The film received scathing reviews upon its release and died a quick death at the box office, but even the harshest of critics were impressed by Lohan's charming turn as aspiring actress Lola.
Lohan's next project, Mean Girls (2004), saw her reunite with Freaky Friday (2003) director Mark Waters. Inspired by a non-fiction book by Rosalind Wiseman and written by Saturday Night Live (1975) scribe Tina Fey, the high-school comedy-drama opened to glowing reviews and grossed $86 million in the US. This earned her status as a bankable actress, and a salary of $7.5 million for the Donald Petrie romantic comedy Just My Luck (2006).
One of the most sought-after young actresses in the industry, she starred in Bobby (2006) (opposite Demi Moore and Sharon Stone), the Disney fantasy adventure Herbie Fully Loaded (2005) (a pseudo-sequel to The Love Bug (1969)) and the critically acclaimed A Prairie Home Companion (2006). On top of a thriving film career Lohan also launched a music career, releasing her debut album, "Speak," which hit shelves in December 2004.
In 2009 Lohan launched her own fashion line titled 6126, mainly focusing on the production of women's leggings. By spring she launched a self-tanning spray line titled "Sevin Nyne" and by the end of the year she became an artistic designer for fashion house Ungaro.
Lindsay continues her career in acting, having played a supporting role in the action film Machete (2010).- Actress

After high school Heather moved to Los Angeles and received small roles in a variety of films including Drugstore Cowboy (1989). When her career did not take off as quickly as was hoped, Heather enrolled in the University of California at Los Angeles to get her degree in drama. Shipka's credits after Mad Men (2007) include Flowers in the Attic (2014) and a dual role in the Oz Perkins horror film, The Blackcoat's Daughter (2015) (2015). Mira Katherine Sorvino was born on September 28, 1967 in Manhattan. She is the daughter of Lorraine Davis, an actress turned drama therapist, and veteran character actor Paul Sorvino. Her father's family were Italian immigrants. The young Sorvino was intelligent, an avid reader and an exceptional scholar. Her father discouraged her from becoming an actor, as he knew how the industry often chews up young stars. She attended Harvard, majoring in Chinese, graduating magna cum laude in 1989, largely on the strength of her thesis, a Hoopes Prize-winning thesis on racial conflict in China, written and researched during the year spent in Beijing, which helped her fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
However, she showed interest in a career in acting from an early age, and moved to New York City to try her hand in the City's film industry, waitressing, auditioning and working at the Tribeca production company of Robert De Niro. She succeeded in getting a little television work in the early 1990s, but got her first film job in the independent gangster movie Amongst Friends (1993), on which she worked her way up the ladder behind the camera to eventually associate-produce the film, and, more importantly, was eventually cast as the female lead. The indie production was well-received, and Sorvino's performance attracted enough buzz to get her cast in two more movies, one a more prominent indie, Barcelona (1994), the other her first Hollywood feature, Quiz Show (1994), and her skillful performances brought her yet more attention.
An exceptionally poised and articulate young woman, she may have seemed inappropriate to play a crazy hooker, but Woody Allen took the chance, and her magnificent performance as the female lead in his Mighty Aphrodite (1995) proved her range as a performer and earned her an Oscar (at the tender age of 29) for Best Supporting Actress. Since winning the Oscar, Sorvino has continued to take a wide range of roles, including another stretch as Marilyn Monroe in Norma Jean & Marilyn (1996), co-starring with another very intelligent and skilled young actress, Ashley Judd. Forays into action and horror, such as Mimic (1997) and The Replacement Killers (1998) show that Sorvino is not above being playful in the film roles she chooses.
However, what forever cemented her role in popular culture was her performance as charmingly silly California beach girl Romy White in Romy and Michele's High School Reunion (1997), in which she and co-star Lisa Kudrow utter one hilarious absurdity after another.
Mira Sorvino married Christopher Backus on June 11, 2004, and the couple have four children.- Actress

She's so funny, Rosie O'Donnell opened for her. Well, actually Rosie stopped in to do a guest set right before Del went on, but still, Del killed it right after that. Del Harrison or Del, as most people call her, is an excellent stand up comedian, writer, actress, host and one hell of an entrepreneur. In 2009, DEL created Another Sketch Comedy Show, an online sketch comedy show and kicked it off by spoofing the Monique Show (BET). The Mo'Nique Show sketch was so hilarious that Mo'Nique personally called DEL and invited her to be on her show.
Since then, Del's sketches have reached a combined total of over 2 million views. And that's not all. This past year, Del was featured comedian on Fox's new stand up show Laughs, Arise's Entertainment 360, NickMom's new web series Actual Housewives of PTO, Flow (the Stage Play), two independent films and has been the Announcer for FOX's Laughs (all female episodes).
And Del has built quite a resume. In 2005, Del was named one of the Best New Faces of Comedy at Jamie Foxx's Laffapalooza. From there, she was scouted to be on Robert Townsend's Partners In Crime: Next Generation (Black Family Channel). Since then, DEL has appeared as a host on ParentSociety.com, ComedyCentral.com's Open Mic Fight Promo, Centric Network's My Two Cents, WETv's Cinematherapy, XM Radio, GLOTV's The Gayest Ish Ever, Dr. Oz, FOX's The Mike & Juliet Show, ABC's The Revolution, Black Girls Rock Commercial, VH1's Why Am I Still Single, Warmed Up The Audience for The Oprah Winfrey Show; and, in January, 2013, she debuted on MTV's MADE, hosting Caribbean Comedy Wednesdays, her former weekly comedy show in Bronx, NY.
In 2011, Del made her big-stage acting debut when she co-starred in and wrote for the stage-play, After the Walk alongside Grammy-winner, Kelly Price. And she's diverse: headliner, singer, song-writer, producer, actor and designer of her own t-shirt line called, Hot Chics Unite; all while lending quick-witted comebacks to the various radio shows and stages across the world.
We could go on & on but when it comes to Del Harrison, Paul Mooney said it best, "This young lady has the IT factor."- Actress

Mena Alexandra Suvari was born in Newport, Rhode Island, the youngest of four children. She is the daughter of Ando Suvari, a psychiatrist, and the former Candice Chambers, a nurse. Mena's first name comes from her British aunt named after the "House of Mena" Hotel (at the base of the pyramids in Egypt); her last name is Estonian. Suvari grew up in an old stone mansion that she insists was haunted. The family later relocated to Charleston, South Carolina, where her brothers lined up to attend the Citadel (a military college). Mena, meanwhile, was entertaining dreams of becoming an archaeologist, astronaut, or doctor. Her interests took a turn for the... less cerebral, however, when a modeling agency stopped by her all-girls school to offer classes. At age 12, after receiving a few pointers on her runway strut, Suvari attended a modeling convention and was snapped up by the Manhattan-based Wilhelmina agency. She later moved to L.A. under their children's theatrical division WeeWillys, which began her acting career.
Suvari started in on TV work almost immediately--commercials at first, followed by guest appearances on Boy Meets World (1993), ER (1994), and Chicago Hope (1994). Mena was a natural for movies: she is petite (5'4"), has blue eyes, and her natural hair color is blonde. She launched her film career in 1997, picking up small roles in Gregg Araki's Nowhere (1997) and the Morgan Freeman-Ashley Judd thriller Kiss the Girls (1997). She popped up again in the background of Slums of Beverly Hills (1998), then landed a slightly meatier role as the best friend of the telekinetic heroine in The Rage: Carrie 2 (1999).
Suvari's ticket to fame was the teen sex quest American Pie (1999), which cast her as a wholesome choir girl who falls for a jock (Chris Klein). A few months later, she turned even more heads as the vampish cheerleader who captures Kevin Spacey's unwholesome imagination in American Beauty (1999). The sultry-but-fragile character earned Suvari a British Academy Award nomination, as well as a flurry of job offers and gushing fansites. In the midst of the hubbub surrounding the film, she slipped off with her boyfriend, cinematographer Robert Brinkmann, to tie the knot in a secret ceremony. The media was quick to point out the pair's 18-year age difference, but Suvari shrugged it off (her own parents, who divorced in 2001 after 32 years of marriage, wed when her mother was 21 and her father 48).
The in-demand actress completed her patriotic hat trick by starring in American Virgin (1999) (originally titled "Live Virgin") as the daughter of a porn king. The title change wasn't enough of a boost to keep the mediocre movie afloat in theaters--after a brief New York run, it headed straight to video. Her next effort was another underperformer, but the aptly named Loser (2000) (a collegiate love story that reunited her with American Pie's Jason Biggs) at least made it into suburban circulation--perhaps on the name recognition of its two young stars. Suvari kept her chin up, heading back to high school for the cheerleading/bank heist flick Sugar & Spice (2001) and joining the cast of the period film The Musketeer (2001).
She continued to showcase her range in ability by costarring with John Leguizamo in Jonas Åkerlund's cult classic Spun (2002) and then alongside Jennifer Aniston in Rob Reiner's Rumor Has It... (2005) and Keira Knightley in Tony Scott's Domino (2005). She also played opposite James Franco in Sonny (2002), the directorial debut of Nicolas Cage, and had a recurring role on HBO's Six Feet Under (2001).
Mena rounded out her creative pursuits by playing the iconic Black Dahlia in Ryan Murphy's anthology series American Horror Story (2011) and continued working in TV by following up with an arc in the hit series Chicago Fire (2012), as well as leading the Amazon pilot Hysteria (2014) and WeTv's miniseries South of Hell (2015). Mena then starred opposite Alicia Silverstone for TV Land's American Woman (2018).
Amicably divorced from Brinkmann after five years, Mena had a brief second marriage to Simone Sestito, an Italian concert promoter who, she claims, drained her financially. Since 2018, she has been married to Canadian prop master Michael Hope. The couple had a son, Christopher Alexander Hope, in 2021. That same year, Mena published her first book, 'The Great Peace'. Mena's hobbies include: jewelry making, photography, mountain biking, and hiking. Her fans look forward to her new projects.- Judson Mills was born in Washington, DC, and grew up in northern Virginia in a house built by George Washington. Washington was a young surveyor in the area and the home is a historical landmark. Mills grew up hunting and fishing, and was most interested in sports, particularly football.
Judson attended High Mowing in Wilton, New Hampshire, a private school, for his junior and senior year. It is a Waldorf school and rich with history and the arts. Not until his senior year did he involve himself in the theater. He was pushed into performing in his first play and received a standing ovation for his relatively brief cameo.
This approval met Judson's liking and he began pursuing a career in acting. Judson first attended Barry University, a liberal arts college in Miami, Florida, but quickly realized that training in New York was what he needed if he really wanted to succeed.
He moved to Long Island with the intention of attending the prestigious American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He auditioned and was accepted. Only 250 people are accepted for the first year of their program, and of those, only 60 are asked back to the second, final year. After two years at AADA, and only two weeks before graduation, Mills was thrown. His bold, reckless personality would prove to be an asset as well as a handicap throughout his career.
While being made an example of for his tardiness and absences was humbling, it also fueled his drive. Two weeks later As the World Turns (1956) called AADA looking for an actor for a summer romance storyline. They spoke to a faculty member who was a friend and fan who recommended him for the audition. Judson audition and gained the role
Mills spent two and a half years on the show, laying the foundation for the rest of his career. He was then signed for an episode of Law & Order (1990). Realizing California had more career options, he left everything behind and moved to Hollywood.
The cocky young actor landed a role in a made-for-TV movie starring Alyssa Milano and Jamie Luner shortly after arrival. But again, Mills brash attitude and wild personal life continued to be his worst enemies. Over the next decade, Mills appeared on upwards of 30 TV shows including NYPD Blue (1993), JAG (1995), Murder, She Wrote (1984), Beverly Hills, 90210 (1990), The X-Files (1993), and CSI: Miami (2002). He also broke into feature films, starting in independents like American Perfekt (1997) with Paul Sorvino, Robert Forester, Amanda Plummer, and David Thewlis, Joyride (1997) starring Tobey Maguire, 'Benicio DelToro', and Adam West. Judson's first starring role was as surfer/pitcher Hog Ellis, in the third installment in the Major League trilogy, Major League: Back to the Minors (1998). He also went on to work with such greats as Cuba Gooding Jr., in Chill Factor (1999), Sir Ian McKellen and Brendan Fraser in the Academy Award-nominated Gods and Monsters (1998), and Charlize Theron and Bill Paxton in Disney's Mighty Joe Young (1998). He also spent two years in Dallas with Chuck Norris filming the last 52 episodes of Walker, Texas Ranger (1993). Connection with the Norris family (Chuck, his brother Aaron, and son Eric) proved to be valuable when after finishing Walker, they continued working together filming the movie of the week The President's Man: A Line in the Sand (2002). The movie drew 16 million viewers opposite the Golden Globe Awards. Talk of a spin-off series was shelved due to 9-11.
Judson lives in Los Angeles with his two sons, Jagger with wife Morgan and Dalton with ex-wife Julie. He is very close to his mother and father, who have been married nearly 40 years, as well as his brother and sister-in-law. - Actress

Pat Hingle (real name: Martin Patterson Hingle) was born in Miami, Florida, the son of a building contractor. His parents divorced when Hingle was still in his infancy (he never knew his father) and his mother supported the family by teaching school in Denver. She then began to travel (with her son in tow) in search of more lucrative work; by age 13 Hingle had lived in a dozen cities. The future Tony Award nominee made his "acting debut" in the third grade, playing a carrot in a school play ("At that time it didn't seem like much of a way to make a living!", he recalled). Hingle attended high school in Texas and in 1941 entered the University of Texas, majoring in advertising. After serving in the Navy during WW II, he went back to the university and got involved with the drama department as a way to meet girls. With his wife Alyce (whom he first met at the university), Hingle moved to New York and began to get jobs on the stage and on TV. The apex of his stage career was "J.B." by poet Archibald Macleish, with Hingle in the title role as a 20th-century Job. It was during the run of "J.B." that Hingle took an accidental plunge down the elevator shaft of his New York apartment building, sustaining near-fatal injuries in the 54-foot fall. He was near death for two weeks (and lost the little finger of his left hand); his recovery took more than a year. In more recent years, Hingle has played Commissioner Gordon in the "Batman" movies.

Kellie Martin is an American actress from California. She has often worked as a voice actress in animation. Her most notable roles include the amateur detective Daphne Blake in the animated series "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo" (1988-1991), the nerdy daughter Rebecca "Becca" Thatcher in the drama series "Life Goes On" (1989-1993), schoolteacher Christy Huddleston in the period series "Christy" (1994-1995), leading lady Roxanne in the musical comedy "A Goofy Movie" (1995), medical student Lucy Knight for two seasons of the medical drama "ER" (1998-2000), amateur detective and bookshop owner Samantha Kinsey in the film series "Mystery Woman" (2003-2007), and therapist and retired prosecutor Hailey Dean in the film series "Hailey Dean Mysteries" (2016-2019).
In 1975, Martin was born in Riverside, California. Riverside is the most populous city in the Inland Empire region, located about 50 miles (80 kilometers) southeast of downtown Los Angeles. The city was established in the early 1870s, and served as a center for California's citrus industry. Martin's parents were the retail executive Doug Martin and the kindergarten teacher Debbie Jett.
Martin made her acting debut in 1982, at the age of 7. One of her aunts was an employee of actor Michael Landon (1936-1991), who served as an executive producer of the Western series "Father Murphy" (1981-1983). The aunt helped Martin land a guest spot in this Western series.
Martin went to have guest appearances in several then-popular television series, such as the soap opera "Dallas", the short-lived sitcom "Life with Lucy" (1986), and the sitcom "My Two Dads". She made her debut as a voice actor in the short-lived animated series "Potato Head Kids" (1986-1987), cast as the regular character Lolly. The series only lasted for 23 episodes.
Martin landed her first major role in animation when cast as co-protagonist Daphne Blake in "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo" (1988-1991). In previous depictions of Daphne, the character was depicted as either an adolescent or a young adult. In this series, Daphne was an elementary student who still lived with her wealthy parents. The series emphasized Daphne's haughty behavior and sarcastic personality. She was also the resident skeptic of the mystery-solving group, outright rejecting any explanation involving the existence of ghosts or the supernatural. The series lasted for 4 seasons and 27 episodes. It was the last animated series in the "Scooby-Doo" franchise to be produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions, as the next series in the franchise was produced in 2002 by a different company.
Martin receive her first regular live-action role in the drama series "Life Goes On" (1989-1993), cast as Rebecca "Becca" Thatcher. The series was set in the suburbs of Chicago, and initially focused on the challenges the Thatcher family faced in raising a son diagnoses with Down Syndrome. The series later focused on the challenges faced by Becca in her everyday life. She was depicted as an intelligent and nerdy girl, but socially awkward and unlucky in her love life. Her first boyfriend Tyler Benchfield (played by Tommy Puett) was killed in a car accident, while drunk driving. Her second boyfriend Jesse McKenna (played by Chad Lowe) was HIV positive, and was uncertain about how long he would be able to survive with his medical condition. The series lasted for 4 seasons and 83 episodes. The final season also depicted a middle-aged version of Becca (played by Pamela Bellwood) , reminiscing abut her own past.
Martin's next regular role in animation was voicing Molly Tazmanian Devil in the animated sitcom "Taz-Mania" (1991-1995). Her character was depicted as the adolescent sister of protagonist Taz (voiced by Jim Cummings). Molly was an image-conscious valley girl. She was far more sophisticated than her older brother, but had a fiery temper of her own. The series lasted for 4 seasons and 65 episodes.
Martin next joined the cast of the fantasy series "Aladdin" (1994-1995), voicing recurring antagonist Sadira. In the series, Sadira was a female street rat who had an unrequited love for Aladdin, and was upset that her love interest was already engaged to another woman. After acquiring magical powers of her own, Sadira set out to win Aladdin's heart and to replace Princess Jasmine. Martin's character lacked actual malice, but had obsessive tendencies. She only appeared in 4 episodes, but was one of the most popular antagonists in the series.
Martin was cast as protagonist Christy Huddleston in the period series "Christy" (1994-1995), which was loosely based on the novel "Christy " (1967) by Catherine Marshall. In the series, Christy was the new schoolteacher of a rural settlement in Tennessee during the early 1910s. She was depicted as an outsider in the rural community, whose values clashed with the traditions of the permanent residents. The series acquired a cult following, but its production cost exceeded the advertising revenues. It was canceled after only 2 seasons. The series inspired three sequel television films, but Martin did not reprise her role.
Martin was cast as the leading lady Roxanne in the musical comedy "A Goofy Movie" (1995). In the film, Roxanne is a kind-hearted high school student who wants to date Maximilian "Max" Goof (voiced by Jason Marsden), the troubled adolescent son of Goofy. Their first date is canceled when Goofy insists on taking Max with him in a cross-country fishing trip, under the impression that he is rescuing his son from bad influences. Roxanne continues to pine for Max, while Max tries to impress her through a publicity stunt. The film under-performed at the box office, only earning a worldwide total of 37.6 million dollars in its initial release. It was nominated for the "Annie Award for Best Animated Feature", but lost to "Pocahontas". However the film sold well in the video market, acquired a cult following, and inspired a sequel film. Roxanne did not appear in the sequel film, and Martin never returned to this role.
From 1995 to 1998, Martin's roles were mainly limited to television films. In 1998, she joined the cast of the long-running medical drama "ER" (1994-2009), portraying the new regular character Lucy Knight. The character was portrayed as a hard-working medical student, but better suited to the psych department rather than emergency medicine. Martin remained a regular in the series for seasons 5 and 6, but wanted to leave the show. She agreed with the producers that her character was going to leave the series with a definite finale to her story. In her final episodes, Lucy is the only member of the medical staff who takes an interest in helping a schizophrenic patient. She is alone with the patient when he stabs her, and she dies shortly after. Lucy's final episode was broadcast in early 2000, but her death continued to haunt her colleagues.
Martin graduated from Yale University in 2001, with a degree in art history. For a few years, she willingly limited herself to minor acting appearances, in order to properly deal with changes in her personal life. In 2003, she was cast as protagonist Samantha Kinsey in the mystery film series "Mystery Woman". A total of 11 television films in this series were produced between 2003 and 2011.
In 2012, Martin joined the cast of the drama series "Army Wives" (2007-2013), portraying the recurring character of Captain Nicole Galassini. Her character was an Army intelligence officer who was injured in an ambush. Nicole was a lesbian, but the the "don't ask, don't tell" policy left her reluctant to make public appearances with her long-term partner Charlotte "Charlie" Mayfield (played by Ryan Michelle Bathe). Martin remained a recurring cast member for the 6th season of the series, but did not return for the 7th and last season.
In 2016, Martin was cast as protagonist Hailey Dean in the mystery film series "Hailey Dean Mysteries". A total of 9 films were released between 2016 and 2019. Hailey was depicted as a retired prosecutor for the District Attorney's office, who had started a new career as a therapist. But she unofficially investigated crime cases, and used old law enforcement contacts to assist her. Martin took a hiatus from acting in 2019, though her name is attached to at least one upcoming project.
By 2022, Martin was 46-years-old. She has never fully retired from acting, but she devotes time to operating her own store. She has two young daughters, and has admitted in interviews that she tries to be there for her family. Which at times affects her career choices. Martin remains popular with film and television audiences due to an ever-increasing number of memorable roles.- Actress
