I would also include “Fallout” (2018) here. At least top five MCU. Great characters and solid emotion. I would also include Shinji Higuchi’s “Shin Godzilla” (2016) here. Bringing the Big G back to his roots as a horror villain is the best thing to happen to this franchise. A very faithful adaptation of a great comic book, even if it doesn’t retain the commentary on comics that was present in the book. - DirectorQuentin TarantinoStarsSamuel L. It won’t work for everyone, and it does have weird moments, but “The Hateful Eight” is a strangely beautiful film underneath all of the violence and titular hate. - DirectorChristopher NolanStarsJohn David WashingtonRobert PattinsonElizabeth DebickiArmed with only the word "Tenet," and fighting for the survival of the entire world, CIA operative, The Protagonist, journeys through a twilight world of international espionage on a global mission that unfolds beyond real time.8.5/10
Give it to Nolan to come up with a premise like this because he can pull it off in a truly spectacular fashion. Best to watch this in the theater.
