A small mandatory watchlist based on some redeeming quality

A list of films which I believe should be watched without hesitation, based on some redeeming quality - whether it's feel-good, enlightening, mind-bending, full of heart and soul, or just sheer originality. You can't please everyone all the time, so try not to be a hater. Hopefully there's something on here that you haven't seen.
