I first heard from this movie about four years ago from my cousin. We were talking about random stuff and he came up with this movie one day while being alone in his house. Told me it was good... not crazy good, but good. I decided to watch it as the last movie of the break and I was not dissapointed.

As I've done with other movies I really liked, I would say the lesson here is about love. I really loved some lines from the dialog between the hero + heroine, that sometimes love can be *beep* and even be mistaken with hate, but something will happen that will make you realize what your real feelings are. You cannot buy your loves' affection but in the way of finding what your "love" want, you may find your own happiness.

6. Man of Steel (2013)

Votes: 811,645 | Gross: $291.05M

This movie may be overrated by the DC Comics enthusiasts. Leaving that apart, as a comic based-movie fan, I have to admit that this movie was really good. A big budget, a great cast, and more-than-handsome hero.

I specifically loved the words Jor-El, Superman's dad gave him when they met: "The symbol of the house [the S on the suit], means hope. Embodied with that hope is the fundament of our belief, the potential of that every person can be a force for good." It somehow gives a message, that our beliefs are what define us... that what we believe is what make us who we are and act like we do. And each one of us have the hope that someday the bad things wont exist anymore... that everyone else will find the good inside them.

7. The Other End of the Line (2007)

PG-13 | 106 min | Comedy, Drama, Family

40 Metascore

Director: James Dodson | Stars: Jesse Metcalfe, Sara Foster, Anupam Kher, Austin Basis

Votes: 6,320 | Gross: $0.12M

He'll always be John Tucker to me!! This movie is a gorgeous chick-flick. Jesse Metcalfe is a sweet, charming, lovely... and kind of an innocent-faced guy/prince! He cannot untie that from his characters, so I know everyone will love him. Shriya Saran is a great actress, and you will feel her pain. Haha!

8. New Year's Eve (2011)

PG-13 | 118 min | Comedy, Romance

22 Metascore

The lives of several couples and singles in New York City intertwine over the course of New Year's Eve.

Director: Garry Marshall | Stars: Sarah Jessica Parker, Jessica Biel, Ashton Kutcher, Michelle Pfeiffer

Votes: 89,852 | Gross: $54.54M

I went to the theater back in 2011 to watch this movie displayed on the big screen, and ended up crying. Maybe its ratings aren't the bests, but I promise you will identify yourself with a different story everytime you see it. The first time... Robert DeNiro and Hilary Swank's. Second... Michelle Pfeiffer and Zac Efron's. Third... Josh Duhamel and Sarah Jessica Parker's. You will not get enough!

9. Cheaper by the Dozen (2003)

46 Metascore

Director: Shawn Levy | Stars: Steve Martin, Bonnie Hunt, Hilary Duff, Piper Perabo

Votes: 108,916 | Gross: $138.61M

A family comedy. This movie is so epic, so funny. The little twins (the ginger girls [Jessica and Kim] and the those little twins [Kyle and Nigel]) are so naughty but so gentle. Henry, Sarah, Jake, Mark and Mike are the middle kids, and they together are even more naughty. Lorraine and Charlie are the big kids, who try to help their dad with the little ones, but have their own problems to care about, and specially Charlie. Nora is the first child, and she's like an extra mom for the little children, who now is living with her boyfriend but soon knows that he's not the one. If you haven't seen it, you must watch it!

Votes: 88,076 | Gross: $41.01M

John Tucker... why is this guy so irresistible? Because he actually is! As a girl, when things didn't work out for the girls I should have felt bad, but he made it so funny I couldn't help but laugh. A pretty good one!

11. 10 Things I Hate About You (1999)

Votes: 384,904 | Gross: $38.18M

A chick-flick you should cry with. 'Ten things I hate about you' is the sonnet Kat writes for a class, and her inspiration? HEARTBREAK. A heartbreak that will be painful for you too, because you cannot help but falling for Heath Ledger's smile. And it hurts, hurts so much...

One day of the holidays I woke up and my mom told me what she'd done while I was sleeping. She told me that she had seen this movie "Amor a los 40" on Youtube, and told me the story. I watched it that same night. I thought it would not be so-good, but I was surprised. Check it out!

Votes: 5,423

An italian movie found by chance on Youtube. Alex is a dream guy, even though he's 37 years old. He's handsome, got a dream job, nice car, apartment, everything... and it includes a broken heart. Then Niki, a 17-years-old girl, enters in his life and ruins it... but Alex kind of ruined hers too... Just watch it; it's a pretty good movie.

Director: Kevin Lima | Stars: Amy Adams, Susan Sarandon, James Marsden, Patrick Dempsey

Votes: 217,253 | Gross: $127.81M

Funny, entertaining and charming way of merging some princesses in one movie. Aurora, Snow White, Ariel and Cinderella star as Giselle. But... who would of think that serious and professional Dr. Shepard (Grey's Anatomy) could be such a handsome and fairy-tale-istic prince..? Even SINGING & DANCING! It's a must watch.

16. Penelope (2006)

Thought of a friend I haven't seen/talk since a long time and remembered that another friend back in high-school used to call her "Penelope's nose". I knew it was a movie, but never got the chance of seen it. A really good fairy-tale, love, and much important: self-acceptance story.

Votes: 51,250 | Gross: $11.89M

I love Amanda Bynes, no matter who she's become lately. I love this movie (another fairy-tale) because it is kind of realistic. A girl should be always as she is, changing just to be better, not worse. At the end... our Prince Charming will come! We just have to be ourselves!

Prince Eric is the sweetest and most charming of all Disney Princes. Yeah, not about the Mermaid, nor the music, nor the cute dog Max... Eric, just ERIC. <3
