A dystopian mosaic of human evolution. This one is undoubtedly the greatest of films ever made. The much speculated ending will force you to keep muddling over explanations. One has to watch it more than once to fully enjoy this masterpiece from Kubrick.

Yet another extraordinary film by Stanley Kubrick. The film delves inside the human affection for violence and barbarism, a very lucid and somewhat disturbing experience, nonetheless an unforgettable film.

Probably the best Indian movie I have watched, Anand Gandhi has woven this intricate yet simple story that leaves you awestruck at the end. The complexity of the paradox he played with was so simplistically captured that it makes you think if things in life are as complicated as we tend to make them.

It does live up to the fame it received for being shot over a period of 12 years. The way the life of the boy and his family is captured is so realistic that you almost forget it's a movie. Definitely watch this one if you have not yet.
