My Indian friend said that, Prakash Jha showed us the real problems of India: the poverty, the misery and political repression. But lot of Indians said that: this is not real problems, this is one of the Movies from Bollywood, only.
I agree with them, but I think that, it was authentic. My rating 10*(3 for the story, and 7 to actors. Especially Arjun Rampal, and Anjali Patil. Last, but not least Sameera Reddy, for the song, title Khunda Khol) ” - katka50

“ This is "thrice upon a love story", as the premise is set between 1910, 1960, and 2012. Shahid Kapoor, and Priyanka Chopra played a different character in each time period, but each character is linked to one another.
My favourite part of this film is the third love story, between Javed (Shahid) and Aradhana (Priyanka). This part rewinds to 1910 in Lahore during the times of the British Empire.
The film was moderately successful, but I liked it, because the film presented the life of the Indian people, during of the English Opression. And I think that, this Movie represents lot of Indian values.
My rating 6*. (3 to actors, and 3 to composers of the Song: Humse Pyaar Karle Tu). ” - katka50

“ Ishaqzaade is a beautiful love story between Parma, who is Hindu, and Zoya, who is Muslim. They are lovers, despite their families are different. So, this is the modern Indian Romeo and Juliet. But this film shocked me. Two nice, educated, smart, and so young people. Did they have to die, because their religions are not a same? In the 21th Century? Incredible.
My rating 10* (6 to actors, and 4 to filmmakers) ” - katka50

His bitter-sweet relationship with two beautiful young ladies, Shruti and Jhilmil sets in motion a chain of events that will turn his life upside down! Everyone said that: "You have to watch it, because Barfi! is a strong performances, and a heartwarming story." But the movie disappointed me.
