So, for the third year in a row i've participated in this event in which you watch 1 horror film per day throughout October. Last year i had days that i simply had no idea what to watch, so this year i thought i'd make a list. I'll be organizing the list and rating the films as i go.

Had a lot of classic "eye-roll" moments, nothing special, but at some points it was kinda kickass. 6½/10
2. Rovdyr (2008)
78 min | Horror
The summer of 1974, four young people are all ambushed and left unconscious. They wake up deep in the woods with no one around but the sound of a hunting horn.

Rather boring, though I wasn't expecting too much to begin with. Follows the exact pattern as all other films like it. 6/10
3. The Signal (2007)

Whoa! I went in not knowing or expecting anything, so I was really surprised to find that I absolutely loved this one. One of my new favourites, for sure. 10/10
4. The Haunting in Connecticut (2009)

I've always hated ghost movies, but I really liked this one. A lot of nice jump-scares, though most of them predictable. A good watch. 8/10
5. Session 9 (2001)

A tiny bit overrated, but as an idea, I really like it, I've always liked films like this. The execution could have been better, it was a bit slow to start with but in the end it got more interesting. Overall it was a great watch. 8/10
6. All the Boys Love Mandy Lane (2006)

A group of high-schoolers invite Mandy Lane, an innocent, desirable girl, to a weekend party on a secluded ranch. While the festivities rage on, the number of revelers begins to drop mysteriously.

Surprisingly, it was really good, it's been a long time since I last watched a slasher, and I gotta say it's good to be back. Loved the ending, which is something that happens rarely. 8½/10

Surprisingly I actually really liked it, I didn't expect much from an 80's slasher, so I really was surprised, I'd say it's a must-see. 8½/10

Just an amazing classic about extreme sibling rivalry, and descending into madness. So intense it scared the living hell out of me. 9½/10

The story was just.. well, bad. I liked the visuals, music and costume design though, I think that might have saved this film from me just entirely trashing it. I've never had the pleasure to play the games, but I'd really like to. 6½/10

People aren't lying, when they say it's a masterpiece, I gotta say I really liked it. I went in saying "Nothing about this film is going to get to me." Well, something did. 9½/10

Oh, the time when horror had style, I just love watching old horrors, even when they're completely ridiculous, they're still better than most modern horror films. A classic, will definitely watch again. 9/10

Ok, here goes; I know I'm going to get hated on by some people for this.. Yeah, it's a classic, but come on; it sucks, everything about it sucks and it's WAY overrated. It's so bad it's not even funny, it's not even camp. 3/10

I liked the story, really loved the fact that the jumpscares were unpredictable and no sound effects were used with them, not many movies can make the scares scary without them. 9/10
