10 Best Horror Films of 1958

A rather good year that changes the tide based on pieces set up the year prior. Science fiction still plays a key role for a little longer, but with back-to-back successes, Hammer solifidies its place in horror history for the next 15 years, in the process reinvigorating gothic horror in a triumphant return after a decade-long hiatus.
