Jean-Pierre Léaud is not everybody's cup of tea for sure, but will remain an important name in film history. As an actor he can be adored or hated for exactly the same reasons: he is one of those rare players that directors let improvise his dialogue, which gets on certain viewers' nerves while it fascinates others. The same is true for his very personal staccato diction and elocution and his many mannerisms, the most obvious one being his way to run his hand through his long hair. But there is no denying Léaud is not just another actor, whether you love him or are allergic to him. The son of actress Jacqueline Pierreux and scriptwriter/assistant director Pierre Léaud, Jean-Pierre started acting very early. Indeed, he was only thirteen when he first appeared on a screen, playing a small role in a swashbuckling film directed by veteran Georges Lampin "la Tour, prends garde!" (1957). And he was still only fourteen when he answered an ad placed in a newspaper by François Truffaut, who was seeking a young actor able to play Antoine Doinel, a troubled adolescent, in his first feature film "The 400 blows". Jean-Pierre was tested among a hundred other candidates and proved so amazingly spontaneous and so gifted for improvisation that not only was he hired but he would go on to play the role in four subsequent Truffaut semi-autobiographies concluding with "Love on the run" (1978), a unique experience indeed. Thanks to Truffaut he was introduced to the other stars of the French New Wave, mainly Jean-Luc Godard for whom he would appear in eight films and one TV film, and gradually became their icon. Not too sure about his acting talents, he planned to become a director (which he actually did only once) and worked as an assistant to Truffaut and Godard. But his success both as Truffaut's alter ego and as the leftist movie makers' spokesman encouraged him to go on playing rather than directing. "Masculin Féminin" (1966) by Godard even earned him an Award for Best Actor at the Berlin Film Festival. An ardent leftist militant himself, he worked with equally committed directors, including abroad. He was in Italian Pasolini's "Porcile" (1968), in Polish Skolimovski's "Dialog 20-40-60" (also '68) Brazilian Carlos Diegues' Os herdeiros (1970) and Glauber Rocha's Der Leone have sept cabeças (1971). Bertolucci also hired him for "Last tango in Paris" starring Marlon Brando (who so petrified Léaud that he could not play his scenes alongside him), but this one was filmed in Paris. This busy period ended after an excellent role in a classic art movie in the French style: Jean Eustache's "La maman et la putain". In the late seventies and throughout the eighties Léaud worked irregularly, mainly on television, occasionally giving a crazy performance in a mainstream film, as was the case in Josiane's Balasko crime comedy "Les keufs", for which he got a César nomination. But he made an exciting comeback in the nineties when several "new New Wave" directors hired Léaud to pay homage to their elders. Among them French movie makers such as Olivier Assayas, Danièle Dubroux , Serge Le Péron or Bertrand Bonello and foreigners like Finnish Aki Käurismäki and Taiwanese Tsai Ming-Liang. A second youth for eternally young, rebellious, ill-at-ease, annoyingly romantic, touchingly annoying Jean-Pierre Léaud, whose round face staring at the camera in the last shot of "The 400 blows" will never be forgotten.les quatre cents coups- Actor

As the creator and subject of Investigation Discovery's A Murder in Mansfield, the documentary from two-time Oscar-winning director, Barbara Kopple. Miguel Ángel Muñoz belongs to that distinguished group of actors who, without being a member of a family of performers, seemed destined for the stage and show business since birth. He is not the sort of person whose image crystallized at a particular moment in time: he acts, dances, and sings naturally, in a very spontaneously way, as he was born to do. It comes so naturally to him that it is unthinkable that he pursue a different line of work.
These natural talents led him to debut on the silver screen at the age of 9 with a leading role in El palomo cojo, directed by Jaime de Armiñán (who some years earlier came within a hair's breadth of winning the Best Foreign Language Film Oscar for Mi querida señorita). Miguel Ángel's great artistic sensibility and capabilities secured him work in the cinema, theatre, television, dance and the recording industry before he was twenty, and he has enjoying great acclaim throughout the course of his career.
Due to his innate qualities and talents, his track record to date is spectacular. Miguel Ángel Muñoz has proved himself to be an actor with a wide range of registers, who defies typecasting in any genre. He is capable of taking on parts in comedy, drama, humor, tragedy or musicals, be it on film, on stage, or on television. In other words: he is an actor in the broadest sense of the word. Yet one thing about Miguel Ángel Muñoz deserves special emphasis. His natural acting talent has been, and no doubt will continue to be, the key asset in his professional career. His human qualities are impressive, both at a personal level and as demonstrated in his work. We mean not only that he is a tireless worker and a responsible, level-headed person, but also someone with a striking ability to create a magnificent working atmosphere wherever he works.
Miguel Ángel Muñoz -having tasted notable success at an early age- has always managed to keep his feet firmly on the ground. He has a sixth sense for detecting tensions common to this line of work and creating harmonious environments as well as developing personal relationships with his colleagues. All of the directors, actors, production teams, etc., that have worked alongside him can vouch for this. We mention this since it is undoubtedly another key aspect in the development of his method of work.
On film he has worked in drama, comedy, terror, epic and even animation dubbing Brad Pitt's voice in DreamWorks' production Sinbad: The Legend of the Seven Seas. He has made appearances in numerous TV series in Spain, in various types of roles, often as the leading man, as in Un Paso Adelante (the series with greatest sales in the history of Spanish television) or El Sindrome de Ulises (The Ulysses' Syndrome), which FOX is preparing to remake for the USA.
His stage roles include the narrator of Mozart's first opera, Bastien und Bastienne at the Teatro Real of Madrid, one of the most prestigious theatres in Europe, and the starring role of Antonio Skármeta's El cartero de Neruda (The Postman), in which he gave an outstanding performance. He has recorded albums that have sold in the thousands both in Spain and abroad, bringing him several Platinum records.
He has performed live music as a special guest at the San Remo Festival, and alongside artists of the stature of Janet Jackson.
More detailed information can be found in his resume.
While he could have carried on with his musical career thanks to the sales of his records throughout Europe and the success of his live performances, instead Miguel Ángel Muñoz has channeled his professional efforts into acting, thus heeding the powerful call he has heard since the days of his youth. After he completing his role in the remake of Ben Hur, directed by Steve Shill (The Tudors, Rome, Dexter), he perfected his already advanced English. This has enabled him to act in both Spanish and English with equal ease, be it in feature films, on stage, or on the small screen.
Miguel Ángel has not stopped working since beginning his career over 20 years ago. Films like No controles directed by Borja Cobeaga (short film nominated for an Oscar), the short film Adios Papá, Adios mama, nominated for the 25th Goya Awards, for which Miguel Ángel received the award for best actor in the Alfas del Pi Festival, or Tension Sexual no Resuelta are among his latest titles in this recent years.
In addition, last years has been especially intense in Miguel Ángel Muñoz's professional career as an actor, as he has been involved in many projects in the field of cinema, TV and theatre, both nationally and internationally. One of these projects has been his role as one of the main characters in What about love, together with Sharon Stone and Andy García. The international film was directed by Klaus Menzel with a script by the Oscar award-winner Douglas Day Stweart (An Officer and a Gentleman).
Furthermore, he has played a leading part in the cast of the successful HBO series Capadocia, first broadcast in Latin America, and nominated for three International Emmy Awards, whose USA broadcast launch will be in September 2013.
In addition to the aforementioned projects, the TV series Infames launched and broadcast in Cadena 3 México and Mundo Fox in the USA also occupies a special place, since it broke all viewer records for the network and sparked sharp controversy by addressing political subjects while a change of government was underway in Mexico. Miguel Ángel Muñoz will also take part in the cast for the film Viral, by Lucas Figueroa - who in 2010 achieved the Guinness World Record for directing and producing the most acclaimed short film in history, Por qué hay cosas que nunca se olvidan. Miguel Ángel is also part of the cast of the feature film Al final todos mueren (Eventually they all die), a project sponsored and coordinated by Javier Fesser.
His last series "Sin Identidad" (2014-2015) has been one of the most successful projects in the Spanish and Italian TV in the last years.
As the culmination of a brilliant career, Miguel Ángel Muñoz stars in the film "Hablar" directed by Joaquin Oristrell. This "one shot film" was presented in the 18th Malaga Film Festival receiving the best price from the young jury and Miguel's performance was acclaimed by the critic. In the more than 20 years of his professional career, Miguel Ángel Muñoz has been, and continues to be involved in an ongoing learning process, and he never ceases to grow as an actor: he placed himself in the hands of the master Juan Carlos Corazza in Madrid, he trained in Integrative Psychology in the S.A.T. Program in Argentina with Claudio Naranjo and subsequently studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in Los Angeles. In 2015 he finished the Hoffman Process with Luis Fernando Camara.actor

Dan Stevens was born at Croydon in Surrey on 10th October 1982. His parents are teachers. He was educated at Tonbridge School and trained in acting at the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain. He studied English Literature at Emmanuel College, Cambridge. Whilst he was a Cambridge undergraduate, he acted in several student drama productions. He played the title role in the Marlowe Dramatic Society's production of William Shakespeare's play, "Macbeth". This was staged at the Cambridge Arts Theatre from Tuesday 26th February to Saturday 2nd March 2002. The cast also featured Rebecca Hall in the roles of Lady Macbeth and Hecate. During one of his university summer holidays in August 2003 he went to Slovakia where he filmed his scenes for the Hallmark production of Frankenstein (2004). Dan played the part of Henry Clerval and the mini-series was first broadcast on American television on 5th October 2004. Shortly after graduating from Cambridge Dan was nominated for an Ian Charleson award for his performance as Orlando in "As You Like It" at the Rose Theatre at Kingston in Surrey. "As You Like It" was directed by Peter Hall and ran from 30th November to 18th December 2004. This production for the Peter Hall Company subsequently went on a tour of America in the early months of 2005, playing at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles, the Curran Theater in San Francisco and the Harvey Theater at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York City. It featured Rebecca Hall in the role of Rosalind.
Dan was reunited with the director Peter Hall when he played Claudio in a new production of the Shakespeare play, "Much Ado About Nothing", for the Peter Hall Company at the Theatre Royal in Bath from 29th June to 6th August 2005. In February 2006 Dan played the parts of Marban and Maitland in a revival of Howard Brenton's controversial play, "The Romans in Britain", directed by Samuel West at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield. Then in May 2006 he played Nick Guest, the protagonist in The Line of Beauty (2006). This three part television mini-series was adapted by Andrew Davies from the 2004 Booker prize winning novel by Alan Hollinghurst. The Line of Beauty (2006) is about Nick Guest's relationship with his university friend Toby Fedden. The story takes place in the 1980s. It is set against the backdrop of Margaret Thatcher's free market economic policies and the spread of the acquired immunity deficiency syndrome, (AIDS). These two social developments directly affect the characters in the story because Toby's father Gerald is a Conservative member of parliament and Nick is homosexual.
Whilst The Line of Beauty (2006) was being broadcast on BBC television, Dan was appearing as Simon Bliss in the Noël Coward play, "Hay Fever". This play was staged at the Theatre Royal Haymarket in London from 11th April to 5th August 2006 and the cast also included Judi Dench in the role of Judith Bliss. At the end of the year Dan played Lord Holmwood in a television dramatization of Dracula (2006), which was broadcast on 28th December 2006. In 2007 Dan played the part of Michael Faber in Miss Marple: Nemesis (2007), an Agatha Christie adaptation with Geraldine McEwan in the role of Miss Jane Marple. He also featured in the cast of Maxwell (2007), a television drama about the famous newspaper magnate. Maxwell (2007) was first broadcast on British television on 4th May 2007. David Suchet played Robert Maxwell, and Dan took the part of Basil Brookes, one of the press baron's financial directors.
Dan played the part of Edward Ferrars in a television dramatization of Jane Austen's novel, Sense & Sensibility (2008). This was broadcast in three episodes on BBC1 between Tuesday 1st and Sunday 13th January 2008. The novel was adapted for television by Andrew Davies, whom Dan had previously worked with on The Line of Beauty (2006). Davies felt that the part of Edward Ferrars was underdeveloped in the book, and so he deliberately added scenes not included in the novel to help draw out the character. So, for instance, we saw Edward out horse riding on the Norland estate and chopping logs at Barton Cottage. In the DVD audio commentary Dan joked that this was the best example of log chopping ever seen on British television! After Sense & Sensibility (2008), Dan featured in the cast of "The Tennis Court", a BBC Radio 4 Saturday play broadcast on 19th January 2008. He also played Nicky Lancaster in a revival of the Noël Coward play, "The Vortex", at the Apollo Theatre in London from Wednesday 20th February to Saturday 7th June 2008. This was another collaboration with the stage director, Peter Hall. Dan played the eponymous hero of "Dickens Confidential", a six part radio drama series set in the 1830s which imagines what might have happened if Charles Dickens had continued his career as a journalist. This was broadcast on BBC Radio 4 between Monday 9th June and Monday 14th July 2008. He played the part of Peregrine in 'Orley Farm', the BBC Radio 4 Classic Serial. This was a three part adaptation of the novel by Anthony Trollope broadcast between Sunday 28th December 2008 and Sunday 11th January 2009. A month later he played Duval in the BBC Radio 4 Woman's Hour drama, 'The Lady of the Camellias'. This was broadcast between Monday 2nd and Friday 6th February 2009.matthew- Director

The son of the renowned French sculptor Paul Belmondo, he studied at Conservatoire National Superieur d'Art Dramatique (CNSAD); after the minor stage performances he made his screen debut in À pied, à cheval et en voiture (1957) but the episodes with his participation were cut before release. However, the breakthrough role in Jean-Luc Godard's Breathless (1960) made him one of the key figures in the French New Wave. Since mid-60s he completely switched to commercial mainstream pictures and became a big comedy and action star in France. Following the example of Alain Delon he founded his own production company Cerito named after his grandmother's maiden name. In 1989 he was awarded Cesar for his performance in Itinerary of a Spoiled Child (1988) . Recently he returned to stage performing in the Théâtre Marigny, Paris, notably as Edmund Kean or Cyrano de Bergerac. He still appears in the movies but not so often as before preferring mostly dramatic roles. The president of France distinguished him with order of Legion of Honour. Belmondo had three children with his first spouse Elodie Constant: Patricia Belmondo ( who died in a fire in 1993), Florence Belmondo and Paul Belmondo. In 2003, he had another daughter, Stella Belmondo, with his second spouse Natty Belmondo. None of his children became actors though you could have seen his son Paul in an episodic role (the same as his father, at an earlier age) in Itinerary of a Spoiled Child (1988).- Actor

A second youth for eternally young, rebellious, ill-at-ease, annoyingly romantic, touchingly annoying Jean-Pierre Léaud, whose round face staring at the camera in the last shot of "The 400 blows" will never be forgotten.- Actor

Alain Fabien Maurice Marcel Delon was born in Sceaux, Hauts-de-Seine, France, to Édith (Arnold) and Fabien Delon. His father was of French and Corsican Italian descent, and his mother was of French and German ancestry. His parents divorced early on, and Delon had a stormy childhood, being frequently expelled from school.
In 1953/1954 he served with the French Marines in Indochina. In the mid-'50s he worked at various odd jobs including waiter, salesman and porter in Les Halles market. He decided to try an acting career and in 1957 made his film debut in Yves Allégret's Quand la femme s'en mêle (1957). He declined an offer of a contract from producer David O. Selznick, and in 1960 he received international recognition for his role in Luchino Visconti's Rocco and His Brothers (1960). In 1961 he appeared on the stage in "'Tis a Pity She's a Whore", directed by Visconti, in Paris. In 1964 he formed his own production company, Delbeau Productions, and he produced a short film directed by Guy Gilles. In 1968 he found himself involved in murder, drug and sex scandal that indirectly implicated major politicians and show-business personalities, but he was eventually cleared of all charges. In the late 1960s he formed another company. Adel Film, and the next year he began producing features. In 1981 he directed his first film, To Kill a Cop (1981).
Delon was a sensation early in his career; he came to embody the young, energetic, often morally corrupted man. With his breathtaking good looks he was also destined to play tender lovers and romantic heroes, and he was a French embodiment of the type created in America by James Dean. His first outstanding success came with the role of the parasite Tom Ripley in 'Rene Clement''s sun-drenched thriller Purple Noon (1960). Delon presented a psychological portrait of a murderous young cynic who attempts to take on the identity of his victim. A totally different role was offered to him by Visconti in Rocco and His Brothers (1960). In this film Delon plays the devoted Rocco, who accepts the greatest sacrifices to save his shiftless brother Simon.
After several other films in Italy, Delon returned to the criminal genre with Jean Gabin in Any Number Can Win (1963). This work, a classic example of the genre, was distinguished not only by a soundly worked-out screenplay, but also by the careful production and the excellent performances of both Delon and Gabin. It was only in the late 1960s that the sleek and lethal Delon came to epitomize the calm, psychopathic hoodlum, staring into the camera like a cat assessing a mouse. His tough, ruthless side was first used to real effect by Jean-Pierre Melville in The Samurai (1967). In 1970 he had a huge success in the bloodstained Borsalino (1970)--which he also produced--playing a small-time gangster in the 1930s who, with Jean-Paul Belmondo, becomes king of the Marseilles underworld. Delon later won critical acclaim for his roles, against type, in Joseph Losey's Mr. Klein (1976) in which he played (brilliantly) the icily sinister title role, and the art-movie Swann in Love (1984). He has an older son Anthony Delon (who has also acted in a number of movies) from his first marriage to Nathalie Delon, and has a young son and daughter, Alain-Fabien and Anouchka with Rosalie.- Paolo Giusti was born on 22 October 1942 in Rome, Lazio, Italy. Jack Hartnett, a decorated combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps, has worked across the board in the entertainment industry as an actor, writer, director and producer. You've seen him from supporting to the lead in "Hitch", "Sex and the City", "Stranded", "Regresa", "Shortcut to Happiness" opposite acclaimed actors such as Anthony Hopkins, Eva Mendes, Will Smith, Blanca Soto, Jaime Camil, Erica Durance, Alec Baldwin and Kim Cattrall.
Jack was an All-American football player at Hofstra University in New York before serving his country in the Marines with tours of combat in the Gulf War and Somalia. Upon his return to New York he embarked on pursuing his passion for acting. While studying with top private coaches from The Actors Studio he also achieved an Associates in Theater Arts from the NY Academy of the Dramatic Arts. Success came quickly as Jack landed roles on every New York soap opera, numerous national commercials and an extensive modeling career that encompassed over 700 novel covers and major retail and consumer clients.
Jack made his writing and directorial debut with the short film "La Vida Blanca". The bi-lingual short, which he also produced, launched the international acting career of Miss Mexico Blanca Soto, his then wife, and garnered the New York International Independent Film & Video Festival's Best Short Film and Best Actress awards.
Jack continued to hone his new found success as a director by personally directing Blanca Soto with Chris Pratt and Scott Caan in "Deep in the Valley", then onto multiple projects in the United States and abroad garnering various acting awards for Soto.
Firmly embedded in the Latin community Jack worked alongside multiple directors to help achieve continued great successes for not only Soto but also for "Divina Confusion" and "Regresa", two feature films, as well as for the highest viewed telenovela in US history "Eva Luna".
Jack returned to the US general market utilizing all his creative skills on both sides of the camera with two short films, "Sovereign" and "Bottle in the Smoke".
The first, "Sovereign", a passion project for the former infantry officer, in which he fulfilled his vow to hire fellow military veterans who have transitioned into the entertainment industry. Joining him on both sides of the camera 33 veterans brought to life a story about veterans made by veterans.
He then returned back to his native New York and directed, co-wrote and co-produced "Bottle in the Smoke" co-starring with five-time Emmy Award winning actress Martha Byrne.
Maintaining the philosophy, taking care of those that take care of us, Jack is a proponent of advocacy for veterans and their families. He has continued to not only provide employment opportunities and career guidance for veterans but has on multiple occasions accompanied other entertainers and musicians to visit wounded warriors at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and local VA Hospitals.hottie from Sex and the City episode-:Cock-a-Doodle-Do- Actor

George Michael was born Georgios Kyriacos Panayiotou in Finchley, north London, in the United Kingdom, to Lesley Angold (Harrison), a dancer, and Kyriacos Panayiotou, a restaurateur. His father was a Greek Cypriot, and his mother was of English background. He first discovered fame as a musician when he and school friend, Andrew Ridgeley, formed the pop group Wham!. Success came fast and furious with their first album, 'Fantastic' (1983) hitting the UK number one spot. Wham! survived for five years and during that time the group notched up four number one singles and two number one albums. Most of their other releases made top three. George also contributed to the Band Aid Single 'Do They Know It's Christmas' (1984), and scored two further solo number one hits with 'Careless Whisper' and 'A Different Corner'.
Following the break-up of Wham!, George went on to have a hugely successful career as a solo artist, his debut album 'Faith' (1987) - and the single of the same name - both achieving instant and international success. The album has since been certified Diamond.
Over the last four decades George has notched up 8 number one albums in the and 13 number one singles in the UK (including Wham!, Band Aid, and the 'Five Live' EP). In the U.S. he has achieved 2 number one albums and 10 number one singles, with numerous other number one hits throughout the rest of the world.
He has performed duets with artists including Aretha Franklin, Elton John, Queen, and Lisa Stansfield, and actively participates in charitable causes, Live Aid and the Freddie Mercury concert for AIDS being just two of the more prominent examples. According to a BBC documentary, George donated more than five million pounds towards various charities. Whilst with Wham!, he donated all the proceeds of 'Last Christmas' (1984) to charity. The single reached number two in the UK and George also performed simultaneously on the number one charity record 'Do They Know It's Christmas?'.
George released the single 'December Song' in 2008 as a free download: his hope was that purchasers would donate money to charity.
He remained in contact with his Wham! partner and long-time friend Andrew Ridgeley until his death in 2016.- Actor

Hanno Koffler is one of the most hard-working and interesting talents of Germany in recent years. With the outstanding hit Free Fall (2013), he conquered audiences all around the world, becoming a more familiar face and name, even though his career as an actor started more than ten years earlier. Previously his career consisted more of theatre works and as a drummer for Kerosin, band founded by him and his brother Max in the 1990's.
His film debut was in REC - Kassettenjungs/Kassettenmädchen (2002), and from then on he constructed a career playing both supporting roles and leading roles, displaying great intensity. Among films, TV films and series, Koffler can be seen Anatomy 2 (2003), Summer Storm (2004), Hallesche Kometen (2005), Krabat (2008), alongside Daniel Brühl and David Kross, The Red Baron (2008), Nacht vor Augen (2008) - which earned his first award; If Not Us, Who? (2011), Tough Love (2015), among many others.
However, it was Free Fall (2013) that marked him the best (so far). In the role of Marc Borgmann, a straight and married police officer who discovers different feelings when a male colleague (played by Max Riemelt, a frequent co-star of Hanno in many films and also a personal friend) approaches him with different intentions that Koffler showed a powerful emotional range while playing this repressed and tormented character who opens himself to new possibilities and to love as well. The celebrated film earned his first nomination as Best Actor in the German Film Awards and is about to get a sequel, which is being produced by crowdfunding from fans around the globe. And with this current exposure, we'll be seeing a lot more of this handsome great actor in many years to come. From "Free fall"- Actor
