TV Shows Which Need A Proper DVD Release (1946-1959)

Most of the television shows we remember have been successfully transferred to DVD. However, there still appears to be a major problem with the rest.
Here are some of the reasons why:
1. Some have been released on DVD in other countries (ARE YOU AFRAID OF THE DARK?, CAPTAIN PUGWASH).
2. Some have been released on DVD in pieces, advertised sometimes as THE BEST OF (DRAGNET, THE GUMBY SHOW).
3. Some have only had certain parts released (DISNEYLAND, PLAYHOUSE 90, HALLMARK HALL OF FAME, ABC WEEKEND SPECIALS).
4. Some have been started and left unfinished on DVD (GARGOYLES, THE ADVENTURES OF PETE AND PETE).
5. Some have been released out of order (For instance, the first five part episode of DUCK TALES was put on SEASON 2).
6. Some have never even seen a DVD release (SALUTE YOUR SHORTS).
I shall do my very best to include all the shows which have suffered one of these injustices. If I have made any mistakes, please tell me. If I have forgotten anything, let me know.
I shall start with the shows that got started in "The Golden Age of Television" (1946-1959).
Enjoy.
