Confrontational Leadership Titles

Confrontation is the last method before (and sometimes a prelude to) armed conflict. These are ordered at their time in history not production date.

These titles include mostly peaceful, some armed, confrontation for meaningful change. Some were successful, some failed but ALL are remembered. And remembering is most important in building up the courage for our time.

All show confrontation at particular times in history are necessary and contrast sharply to "business as usual." These are interesting to me.

"It was needed at that moment in history. And I am sure that time will come again. Just as sure as I am of that sun coming up and going down. When people are abused for so long that they only thing they can turn to is confrontational politics - they're going to do that."

- Dennis Banks, A Good Day to Die.
