“ Here it is, the most extreme film in history of films. Subconscious Cruelty, Aftermath, Philosophy of A Knife, basically all the extreme films you can find will never reach the amount of taboo subjects depicted in this film. Probably one of the most disturbing films in history. At first I watched the German dubbed version, which I hated. Watched it in Serbian with subtitles later and wow. What a powerful film. Sharp dialog, very interesting story, extremely good actors, very well shot, amazing soundtrack, and a lot of disgusting metaphors. You can really feel the anger and sadness of the director towards his country.

“ Holy crap. This has some of the nastiest gore effects I've ever seen. It's not a gore film though. It's a surreal art film, with two or three gory scenes near the end. So for everyone expecting something like Guinea Pig, don't watch it. You'll be bored. For people who like the surreal and who like to interpret, which you really need to do here, go ahead, you'll have your fun.

Director: Tom Six
“ Extremely disgusting and sick film. But you all get it totally wrong. I get why everyone says it's bad. They see it as a normal film. With straight story line where everything should make sense. Nothing in the movie makes sense if you watch it like that. This is a depiction of the completely messed up mind of a guy who got abused as a child. There are tons and tons of metaphors in this movie. I would consider this an art film, not just some messed up sicko. Because if you get the metaphors and the ending, this movie offers some of the most incredible insights in a sick persons mind you'll ever see on film. It's almost a character study. Despite that, it was extremely well made. The black and white look was beautiful, and Laurence Harvey's performance is just amazing. Never seen anyone who can make you feel disgusted and sorry for at the same time, just with facial expressions. He doesn't say a single word in the film.

“ Another goosebumps-flick. It gets more intense as it unfolds, and the little treats of humor that seem so sympathetic in the beginning of the film vanish completely by the time it all got going. But if you think what you saw after the first two thirds of the movie is already disturbing, prepare for the most unexpected, most uncomfortable ending you could imagine.
