Best true crime story of the 20th century

Who needs over-the-top, dime a dozen, overrated 25th generation LOOK WHAT'S POSSIBLE NOW IN 3D! (Or whatever you want to call it) Special effects movies, if you can simply enjoy watching movies that are truly gems amongst rocks. Those gems mostly contain a unique, but always essential part that the overrated rocks ignore, "A Good Story".

A good story can even reach a whole new level when it is based on a true story, since much more research has been invested the project.
