Granted that most of the Indian motion picture industry doesn't take the craft of acting seriously. India still has produced outstanding actors of rare caliber. Yet we also have some of the worst pile of horse$**t actors an industry could imagine. Here's my personal list of absolutely deplorable leading actors in an industry ruled by fan frenzy, nepotism, commercial hacks and physical appearances.
Moderate yet highly successful actors like Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Akshay Kumar, have been ignored from this list for the simple reason that they possess solid star value, mass acceptance and unrivaled screen charisma as leading men. Also other men like Ranbir Kapoor, Sunny Deol, Govinda etc have at least some
claim to having a successful body of work.
Most Folks on this list are super horrible. They could not compete with a stale crust of pizza. Some of these actors on this list have had a small stint of commercial success to their consolation. Yet by and large they are considered talent less actors. Neither do they appeal in a huge way to masses or classes nor do they have any major commercial success
Aquarian Abhishek Srivastav was born in February 5, 1976, son of Bollywood mega-stars, Jaya Bhaduri and Amitabh Bachchan, brother to Shweta, uncle to her two children (Navya Naveli & Agastye), and the grandson of Harivansh Rai Srivastav, Hindu and Urdu poet, who wrote under the pen-name of Harivansh Rai Bachchan...
“ He broke into the industry after lot of weight was thrown around by his iconic father. Even displayed some average to good performances when working under capable directors like Karan Johar & Mani Ratnam. His performances in Guru. Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna & Dostana are perhaps most memorable. Posesses comic timing, deep voice and intense eyes but his biggest drawback is his purported humongous ego and lazy attitude. Has not had a single box office hit on his own in ages ” - krish-nikky
“ Like most of others, was introduced to the industry by his legendary uncle Aamir Khan, there ends all similarities. Absolutely incapable of providing more than one expression which happens to be mix of confusion and smugness. Has no acting range and usually ends up doing mostly buddy movies and soupy teen rom-coms. A friend of mine who happens to be an Asst Director for ad companies recounted an incident where they had to spend an entire half day to get him to shoot a 3 minute cola ad. Crew members were exhausted at the number of retakes that had to be made. ” - krish-nikky
Zayed Khan's parents are former Bollywood actor Sanjay Khan and interior designer Zarine Khan. Khan is the youngest of four children. His older sisters are Simone Khan (wife of Ajay Arora), Sussanne Roshan (married to actor Hrithik Roshan), and Farah Khan Ali (wife of DJ Aqeel). Khan is related as cousin brother to yet another Bollywood actor...
“ Undoubtedly the worst actor in this super terrible list. Unlike other star kids, this guy takes the cake for having an over inflated ego. When he was was asked how he got the debut role in "Main Hoon Na" he replied "Shahrukh just asked me one question- Can you act...I told him ....I was BORN TO ACT" ... Sigh....reality is a stark contrary to his own whimsical hallucinations where he imagines himself to be India's answer to Al Pacino, I have seen 3rd graders perform better during practice rehearsals....so much for being BORN to ACT...Rahman first composed the Oscar winning track "Jai Ho" as his entry song in Yuvraaj..even Subhash Ghai coudnt digest the thought and the track was replaced by the nightmarish "Shanno Shanno"....imagine Rahman losing that coveted Oscar by wasting a track on this guy...thankfully he didn't and the rest as they say is history ” - krish-nikky
Tusshar Kapoor is an Indian actor. He is the son of Bollywood actor Jeetendra and Shobha Kapoor and brother of Ekta Kapoor. “ Another genetically impoverished star kid who claims parentage to one of Hindi cinema's leading classic age lead hero. Jeetendra's son is not even a shadow of his father. The poor guy has the ignomy of having been given the most number of breaks a star kid has ever got....honestly it must suck to be him. In a way he's the “ The Poor Indian man's Orlando Bloom". Too much of a pussy to do anything good...His best role was when he played a dumb character in the Golmaal trilogy. Still keeps getting roles in all of his sister's production house ventures. ” - krish-nikky

“ Youngest son of Indian film mogul Yash Chopra...has been granted a lot of prominent roles in his family production ventures where time and again he makes a fool of himself. If it was't for his legendary father and power house brother (Adi Chopra) he would not have been anything but a second grade gym instructor ” - krish-nikky
Vivek Oberoi was born on the 3rd of September,1976 and attended Mayo college in Ajmer. At an actors' workshop in London he was spotted by none other than the director of NYU who (unsurprisingly) whisked Vivek off to New York, where he completed his Masters Degree in film acting. Back home in India Vivek worked as scriptwriter and bought his first car with the money he made from that...
“ Broke into the industry as a phenomenon doing two diverse roles...one of a romantic lover (Saathiya) and the other as an intense 'tapori" (Company)....his affair with Aishwarya became more famous than his body of work and gradually he faded away into oblivion...now pretty much gives the same recycled performances in low budget gangster movies or 3rd-grade crass comedies ” - krish-nikky

“ Being the son of Maharashtra's Cheif minister is no mean deal..you get to dine and wine with the gliteratti and you also get to marry a pretty high profile actress..Other than slapstick comedy this guy pretty much has nothing else to offer...he rarely does get lead roles ..is usually the compadre or 2nd lead in all the multi-ensembles ” - krish-nikky
“ One of the younger brothers of Salman Khan....directed some of Sallu's big time hits back in the day..took a few shots at acting but wisdom prevailed and he decided to pretty much stick to directing ” - krish-nikky

“ Son of big time producer Harry Baweja...was thrust in the limelight when Priyanka Chopra started dating him....his father tried to cash in on the instant fame and catapult him to the big league with a few high budget movies...unfortunately he looked like a poor imitation of Hrithik who could not act to save his own life.... the films came crashing down, his father lost a lot of money and as expected Priyanka did an Aishwarya, completely disassociating any connections at all with poor boy...his current whereabouts are unknown ” - krish-nikky

“ This man definitely has better looks and more charisma than almost anybody on this list...but he lacks the talent to be an actor...his smoldering good looks and heavy voice still does not make up for the poor actor in him.....can definitely work in supporting roles with ease ” - krish-nikky

“ Another macho Bollywood hunk who happens to be a poor actor...wooden expressions, bulky frame and lack of versatility relegates him to the netherworlds...Yet he remains highly successful as he understands cinema and also has produced some excellent movies off late ” - krish-nikky

“ The ultra dashing, debonair and suave Fardeen Khan lives up to his expectations of being the eldest son of Indian cinema's most good looking actor (Feroze Khan)....but like his father his acting chops are pretty limited....his UK educated style and substance gives him too much of an elite charm which does not translate well into any of the roles he plays...he has yet to have a major solo hit ” - krish-nikky
“ One more acting casualty from the ad media world...he got his big break when RGV cast him as the fanboy in "Mast"...never really took off and still lingers around as one of the "Oh!! not him again" guys.... ” - krish-nikky
