How I rank the movies I've seen this year from best to worst.

NOTE: I forgot to add The Campaign with Will Ferrell, and Zach Galifianakis. Enjoyed it for the most part, some really funny moments, and Will and Zach had some good chemistry, but overrall was a but underwhlemed with it. I'd put it at 54 right between The Bourne Legacy, and Think Like a Man.

Also forgot to add The Pirates Band of Mischiefs (really liked it) and Lockout (hated it, one of the worst movies I've seen this movie)

“ Seen this twice already (first time at my first ever screening) and the more I see it or think about, it's likely my favorite movie of the year, and definitely the most realastic movie I've seen this year. Features amazing performances from the whole cast including, Jennifer Lawrence (who in my opinion should win for Best Actress), Bradley Cooper, and once again Robert DeNiro who all deliver Oscar worthy performances, and the script for this movie is equally amazing and feels very realistic. Chemistry between Cooper and Lawrence is spot on and believable. And the direction by David O'Russell is pitch perfect. The characters are all very likeable and relatable in a lot of ways. Great film, and I have no problems with it. A few scenes especially with Robert DeNiro almost bought a tear to my eyes literally. ” - lilwill1997

“ Amazing and epic conclusion to easily one of my favorite trilogies of all-time. I seriously don't understand why so many people were disappointed by this conclusion. I mean I can understand some complaints, but some that I have heard don't make much sense to me. Everything in this movie worked for me. The score (which BETTER be nominated for an Oscar, the beautiful cinematography which also should be nominated, entertainment value, and characters were all top notch. I couldn't believe how emotionally invested I was in this movie and how much it kept me on the edge of my seat. I literally got a bit teary during this movie especially at the end. I don't get teary during movies especially comic book ones, but someone this one did it. And lastly of course all of the actors in this movie bring their A-game. Christian Bale delivers his best performance in the series as Bruce Wayne/Batman, and really has you cheering and emotionally invested (which I have throughout the whole trilogy) into him the whole time. And, Tom Hardy was terrific as the villain Bane, while, Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Marion Cotillard, and Morgan Freeman round up an amazing supporting cast. Anne Hathaway is probably the biggest surprise performances here as Selina Kyle/Catwoman delivering a fantastic performance, and nailing down the seductive, sexy and charming elements of a great Selina Kyle. And while I love Michelle Pefifer in the role in Batman Returns, I prefer Anne Hathaway now in the role. Way more realastic, way less insane, and more likeable. Director Christopher Nolan hits it out of the park again. Yes not as amazing as The Dark Knight (especially thanks to Heath Ledger as the Joker), but still a great film and conclusion to this amazing trilogy. It's way over two hours, but I was so into it all the way through, that it felt so much shorter. And the last 15 minutes of this movie are my favorite of the year. Great film, and just slightly below my number 1 pick, though I would definitely watch this more often than my number one pick. Great film, and just got this on Blu-ray on Tuesday, and will finally watch it tomorrow. ” - lilwill1997

“ Not only one of the best movies I've seen this year, but the best horror movie I've seen in years. Starts out like it's just another typical slasher flick, but it ends up being completely different from that and one of the most original and shocking movies of the year. In fact from the opening scene which was very surprising, you know this movie is just going to be so different from your usual crappy horror movies these days. The script is so cleverly written. Not only did this definitely have it's scary moments, but it was also very hilarious at times to and has so many witty dialogue. It's a movie that I can't say too much about without spoiling it. The characters are all actually really likeable, and not one note like so many horror movie characters are. So entertaining and fun to watch. The cast is great, and all the actors/actresses definitely know what they're going for. Definitely this generations Scream, but THEY ARE very different from each other. The only big similarities are the fact that it pokes fun at all the horror cliches, and some of the characters. Definitely recommend it if you haven't check it out. ” - lilwill1997

I'am not saying Breaking Dawn Part 2 is a better movie at all, but the thing is it exceed any expectations I had for it unlike this movie. Jeremy Renner was great, and I'd like to see him in the role again, and so was everyone else, but the script for this movie is so weak. For the first time, we're given a Bourne franchise movie with generic cliches, uninteresting dialogue, some really boring scenes and no real threat to our main character. Edward Norton was really good, but so underused as the main antagonist. I don't mind this having more dialogue, but at least make a lot of it interesting. I actually kind of enjoyed this movie overall, but it was definitely underwhleming. Hopefully, we'll get another Bourne movie in the future especially if it has both Matt Damon, and Jeremy Renner as the leads :). ” - lilwill1997
