The Most Psychologically Disturbing Movies Ever

Not necessarily the best or goriest movies, but the most disturbing. This isn't the most gruesome, but the most emotionally traumatizing.

What am I missing?
(Note: I don't count movies like Seed or Cannibal Holocaust, because they contain actual footage of violence. I consider that disturbing in a documentary sense. We're talking movies that are disturbing despite being strictly fake violence.)
