1 1/4 C flour
1 C whole wheat flour
1 C sugar
3/4 C firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 C vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
2 c peeled, chopped apples (approximately 3)
3/4-1 C chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan. In large large bowl mix all ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-65 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 1o minutes then turn onto serving plate.

GLAZE:

1/2 C powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
2-3 tsp milk
