O Cinema 7ª Arte decidiu criar a sua lista de 50 filmes (25 portugueses e 25 estrangeiros) que achamos que deveriam constar no nosso Plano Nacional do Cinema. Tentamos criar uma lista que acompanhe a história do cinema, a sua evolução, que diga algo sobre o nosso país (para os filmes portugueses), filmes que de certa forma eduquem e abram novos horizontes.
