It was unbelievable how poorly it was thought out. I was going to give a few examples but that list again would take all day to complete and I don't really wanna spend my whole day whinging about a movie I watched of my own free will. My advice to you is DON'T WATCH IT! Even if you are in the mood for a bad movie it isn't worth it. This movie's one saving grace for me was Mena Suvari. If she's not your taste there is absolutely no reason to watch this movie. Actually if you think she's a hottie she has another 50 movies/TV shows she's in. Watch one of those instead. Especially because a lot of the comedy was quite witty, it made those stand out as dumbed down humour. The effects were really really good. Lot's of funny scenes and lines. I didn't know Sid or Nancy personally obviously but I can tell this movie is full of *beep* The writing is really bad. Nancy's character is so bloody loud. Paul Cook's character was really pathetic. Steve Jones' character may as well have not even been in it. I couldn't even tell who Malcolm McLaren's character was. Most of the acting was just rubbish. It's no wonder John Lydon hates this movie. I hate it already but I would hate it even more if it was about one of my mates. Bloody hell.
If you like the Sex Pistols, watch the Filth and the Fury or the Great Rock n' Roll Swindle. If you hate the Sex Pistols, this is probably the film for you. ” - Andrew Buchanan

The soundtrack was pretty good, too. My only qualm with it was that the end could have been way better if they did it a tiny bit differently. The last five minutes were pretty lame. All of the baddies' lines apart from the first one were really not necessary and it would have made the movie much better without them. If they didn't talk I would have given it a 7 or even an 8. Those few lines really brought it down for me and having no talking would have made it so much more cold hearted and scary. Oh well. I originally was going to give it a 7 but after thinking about how well it was made I gave it an 8. For me it's more like a 7.5. The movie was quite interesting. Sort of reminded me of Degrassi but without all the cheesy eightiesness. Degrassi without the cheesy eightiesness??? What would that be like?? Well it would be a modern contemporary, ensemble drama telling the complex tale of high school students whose lives are interwoven with situations that some of today's youth may be faced with and a few situations that many of today's youth are faced with.
It had some very interesting stories and kept me in my seat for the lot of it. I think it was very well done.

A copy of a Romero film from the 70's. I haven't seen the original though so I can't compare the two which felt good for a change. This movie has got some jumpy bits and some good gore. The cinematography was really good, too. Some of the shots were quite stunning. It's an alright horror flick but I would've changed a few things. The acting in it is pretty bad in some parts and some lines are pretty corny. So corny they made me cringe but not corny enough to become catchphrases. Quite a few bits were really unrealistic, too. I don't demand all my horror movies to be 100% realistic but some bits were just silly. For example, decking a dude with a hand that's been basically cut in half. That would be way more painful than they made it out to be. The worst thing but would have to be the massive differences in characteristics of the crazies throughout the film. In a film like this it's pretty important that the people with the condition have the characteristics of a person with the condition. For example, in most vampire films, vampires can't go out in sunlight. If they set the story up so vampires burn in sunlight, it wouldn't make sense if there vampires wandering around in sunlight later on right?

Obscene. This whole movie can be summed up in that one little word. Basically just a gory filth fest or a filthy gore fest. Both really. I like horror more than most chaps but this one really didn't do it for me. Most of the film I sat there thinking this is pointless and aimless which is a real shame because I thought the first one (The Human Centipede) was brilliant. They are totally different films.
Before I watched it, I had guessed what the whole story would be. While I was watching it, I was thinking that this film deserved no more than a 2 or 3. The very last scene was good. It made me bump the score from 2 to 5 stars.
After the last scene, I thought OK there are a few clever bits and this and that scene were actually done quite well but even still I couldn't bring myself to give it more than a 5.
To be honest I wouldn't have minded living my whole life without ever watching this movie.

My wife asked me to turn it off 30 minutes into the film even though she was the one who wanted to watch it in the first place. She cried because she was so scared during the original. I loved the original except for the very last scene which I think basically ruined the movie. No matter what you thought of the original, I think we can all agree that it's not a movie that needed a sequel and yet there are 3 American sequels and this rip-off Japanese one. The original cost $15,000 to make and made $193,355,800 at the box office alone. They should be happy with that and not try to force-feed us these rubbish sequels. I reckon it was bloody brilliant! It was really exciting and thrilling. I didn't even mind the scenes that people criticized. My one complaint would be that some of the characters were not to my liking but I don't necessarily like every character I meet in real life either. Visually I thought it was amazing!! I thought there was a split second where the alien could have looked a tiny bit better. Aside from that it was stunning!! Beautiful and grotesque.

It was King Arthur without the fantasy element. A more realistic, historical look at the character. It was very different to what I was expecting as I was looking forward to those fantasy elements but what it lacked in fantasy it made up in awesome so it didn't let me down at all.
I was gonna give it an 8 but my wife wouldn't let me. After seeing Camelot and hearing about King Arthur's story for the first time in her life, she is now a massive fan of the dark ages and King Arthur. She reckons it's a definite 10.
It was very exciting, well written, well made, the costumes, acting, and soundtrack were very well done. It's a movie I reckon I could watch a good few times without getting sick of so I'm burning it to Bluray as I write this review. ” - Andrew Buchanan

I remember this being way better than it actually was. For starters, I remember two or three times as many sex scenes. There were two half sex scenes. I remember the story being well written. Holy *beep* was I wrong there. Terrible writing. It was one of those movies where they think the more twists it has the better the movie. It doesn't work like that. Also, considering how many big names and actors I consider good are in it, I was pretty shocked by not just the scripted lines but the performances too. Rubbish. The one saving grace was the soundtrack. It was very cool. Not a good enough reason to watch this movie but enough to make it bearable and bring it from god knows what to a four out of ten. The alligator scenes were a little cool but a doco on alligators or better yet crocodiles would have been way better. A doco on crocodiles with the same soundtrack would have been better still. Chuck in a few wild Neve Campbell sex scenes and we could make a brilliant movie. Anyone looking to fund a movie? ” - Andrew Buchanan

I was hoping for a wild adventure story but sort of expecting a run of the mill if not dull romantic comedy. Feeling a bit off, I thought bugger it I'll give it a chance. Watching a rom com when you are feeling a bit sick is not the worst thing that can happen. For me it's a bit of a standard. Don't like to think to much when I'm feeling spewy. Anyway, it was not really like I expected. There was some adventure, some romance and some comedy. A lot of lame comedy but I got a few chuckles out of it. The story was a bit too much for the writers. Probably one of those Hollywood things where one bloke says to change one thing and another bloke says to change another until it gets a lot messier and probably not anywhere near as good as if they left it the bloody hell alone. The characters were 2D and for the most part pretty lame. If I had my critic's cap on today, I would have torn it to shreds but it had lots of beautiful scenery, Kate Hudson (wee crush of mine) and I had a few chuckles. While I understand that it is a pretty poor movie, I found more reasons to like it than dislike it. ” - Andrew Buchanan
