“ such a crazy picture. Strange performances from such great actors. Its like their acting performances were the monster freaks they themselves eventually turned into. Thats what u get when u start mixing up all those genes creating all sorts of interesting, scary, emotional, animal, human hybrids. Good make up etcetera in this movie. Likes of MJ Thriller.
The original story remains a classic. Untill a better remake is made this movie will have to do as a motion picture representative. ” - DaddyMcB

Director: Paul Verhoeven
“ Kevin Bacon and Paul Verhoeven making a movie? Thats always worth the watch. 2bad Bacon is invisible most of the movie. I Love this Director. He made some damn good movies in his own unique dutch style. Hollowman is not that great but with all the background stories, the imagining the possibilities when one possesses the power of invisibility and how unfortunately the director had 2trim a lot of more cruel imagery, it still beats a whole lot of other crap movies that are less underrated. ” - DaddyMcB

“ It was good when it came out. It is awesome when u watch the directors cut on blu ray. Stone impresses here by delivering a stronger picture with Alexander then Ridley Scott did with Kingdom of Heaven or Gladiator even. Go watch directors cut on Blu ray! Stone went a little Almadovar in portraying the bi sexual lust of Alexander. Beautifull Roxana played by future Sin City Rosario Dawson. She looks amazing. ” - DaddyMcB

“ This was the most expensive movie ever made when it came out and it flunked completely. In a way we can compare it with David Lynch Dune ten years earlier. Opposite global circumstances simular box office dissapointments.
Good points. Costner as Mariner wasnt that bad. Jeane Tripplehorn looks are good. So is all the surroundings. They really created a waterworld. Dennis Hopper loco as always. Why did it flunk so bad? Maybe then people still protested against waisting money on projects like that while people are starving and need help etcetera. It was a major record back then. Anyways I liked the movie then and like it still. ” - DaddyMcB

“ Yes. What frakked up the movie? Rob Schneider. He forever confirmed he can only perform well with the help of his comedy buddies sandler and friends. And this is not a shame because I actually started liking him enjoying latter performances and previous in Adam Sandler's funny flicks, Deuce Bigalow. Hes alright I thought. All is forgiven now. “ My six year old loves the series. I think he secretely has a crush on the teen sister. While I develloped a secret crush on Carla Cugino. The Rodriguez formula worked out fine. Funny crazy performances from well known actors for kids. And its funny as hell. Antonio and Carla provide funny parental spy dialogue and enough eyecandy for the adults while the movie is a cool adventure with funny bad guys entertaining the kids. ” - DaddyMcB
