I watched the Tekken movie back in 2010, and guess what, it had a bad cast (apart from Lateef Crowder), bad story plot and bad character design. For my Reboot idea, it should set during Tekken 5 and 6, to centre the story on mostly on Jin and Lars (my fave characters. Also recurring Characters, such as Xiaoyu, Eddy, Nina, Hwoarang, Steve and Lei will be an ally to Jin or Lars during the film. also antagonists such as Kazuya, Heihachi, Jinpachi and Azazel would be the enemy of Jin. Minor characters like Bob, Julia, Bryan, Jack, King, Craig, and Yoshimitsu are in this film. This is only my suggestions, you can suggest something else if i'm missing some fighter on my list. I promise to keep updating the list as I'am a Tekken fan myself. Also been looking into Tekken 7 recently and I thought the plot might change so who knows, Okay here are the cast "gulp":
Kenichi Matsuyama was born in Mutsu, Aomori Prefecture. In 2001, Matsuyama started his career modeling and the following year made his debut as an actor landing a small role in the NTV drama "Gokusen". In 2003, Matsuyama made his film debut in a supporting role in "Bright Future". His major breakthrough was in 2006 with Matsuyama's performance as "L" in the Death Note film franchise...
“ As Jin
Just as I seen him as L (Death Note), thought I could just make Jin's personality more darker in the film. I picked him because, not only he's Japanese, but has some experience action films (like Kamui Gaiden and Gantz) which makes him seem more diverse. Also he could resemble Jin, if he buffs up a bit and have his hair done like him. ” - www-afzala1
“ As Kazuya Mishima
Seen him in "Yakuza: Like a dragon" as Kazuma and thought his personality was so similar to Kazuya, I thought maybe he'll pull of this character. ” - www-afzala1
Pivotal figure in the 1970s explosion of martial arts cinema as lethal "fists for hire" trouble shooter, Takuma (Terry) Tsurugi, starring in the phenomenally popular and ultra violent "The Street Fighter" series of action films. Sonny Chiba wasn't a graceful, fluid fighter like screen icon Bruce Lee
“ As Heihachi Mishima
This one is a biggest fan demand, he reminds me alot like Heihachi, especially his personality, also his age seems to fit the character as Heihachi is meant to be in his 70's. ” - www-afzala1
Johnny left Vietnam at the age of 8, uncertain of what destination lied ahead. As a boy, he already loved Hong Kong cinema. Johnny would soon start training in martial arts and now has over 18 years of experience in Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Japanese Aikido. Johnny is now also an expert in Wushu, which he does for over 10 years. Johnny has won a gold medal from Pan America Form and Sword...
“ As Lee Chaolan (1st choice)
I honestly think this guy should get more recognition, he has one of the most fluid kicks I've ever seen in a film and it fits well with Lee. ” - www-afzala1
Andy On was born on May 11, 1977, in Providence, Rhode Island. A non-martial artist, Andy had always loved Jackie Chan
movies and emulated his moves from flips and kicks at his home. In early 2000, while working as a bartender in Rhode Island, someone suggested he should become an actor. Andy, who didn't like the bartending job anyway...
“ As Lee Chaolan (2nd choice)
Seeing him in Black Mask 2 and New Police Story, He is quite skilled in Taekwondo and Wushu along with Wing Chun as well. ” - www-afzala1
Nicholas was born in Hong Kong, China. He attended school in Vancouver, Canada. He also attended school for a short time in Phoenix, Arizona before moving back to Hong Kong with his parents Patrick Yin Tse
and Deborah Dik
, and his sister, Jennifer (Ting Ting). Nicholas started his singing career around 1997.
“ As Lee Chaolan (3rd choice)
He has style and the appearance that's for sure, but he seemed a bit too young to be Lee (maybe ideal for a younger version of Lee, oh well). ” - www-afzala1
Raymond Park was born in Glasgow, Scotland. He moved with his parents, younger brother and sister to London, England. He was raised in London from the age of seven. His father introduced him into Martial Arts from a young age. Ray always wanted to be in the movies, or be like the heroes in movies but he was most inspired by martial arts...
“ As Yoshimitsu
Unlike Stearns, Ray can perform his own stunts without any wire work. I've seen him in G.I Joe as Snake Eyes and he reminded me a lot like Yoshimitsu. all he needs is a voice dub and a costume that looks like the Tekken 3 Yoshimitsu (my fave) and special effects for a laser blade he holds ” - www-afzala1
“ As Hwoarang (1st choice)
As I seen a bit of The Kick (2011), not only he has the skills (being apart of the Korean Tigers TKD team) and he has the right age to play Hwoarang. The reason why I picked him because I feel his flashy kicks would really fit the character. ” - www-afzala1
“ As Hwoarang (2nd choice)
After watching "ONCE UPON A TIME IN HIGHT SCHOOL", I thought he had the edge to play as Hwoarang, but he may be a bit old for the role now, wish the Tekken was released in 2009 instead of 2010 ” - www-afzala1
“ As Baek Doo San (1st choice)
having seen a bit of his films, I can say he has the right age for the role as Baek and he could pull off a very bad@$$ attempt, despite being a minor character ” - www-afzala1
Born Kim Won-Jun in Korea, this young taekwondo and wushu expert made a name for himself in Hong Kong. He made his debut as the supervillain in Operation Scorpio (1991). It would be the biggest role he would play. He made 2 other films afterwards and was never heard from again. Rumours said he had died of AIDS (from drugs)...
“ As Baek Doo San (2nd choice)
The reason I picked him because he has a suitable age, he invented the Guyver Kick (which Scott Adkins uses it), he is well trained in Tae Kwon Do and Wushu, also one of the greatest kickers of asia. unfortunately I haven't seen him acting for a very long time sadly. ” - www-afzala1

“ As Raven
Since Wesley Snipes is in jail (I heard he was lol), as I came up with a solution that this guy can actually do real ninjitsu and do his own stunts . He could actually pull off as Raven since he knows much about martial arts, though he needs to change his voice to a darker tone and also the accent. ” - www-afzala1

“ As Steve Fox (2nd choice)
Don't know why I chose him, he is Young, British and Blonde unlike Luke Goss. All he needs is boxing lessons. but I'm worried what if he's too much of a heartthrob that girls die to see. ” - www-afzala1

“ As King
During my years of playing Tekken, I found out that most of Kings move are inspired by "The Rock" himself. many people want Batista to act as King, but I disagree to this since he hasn't got the right moves for him. I chosen The Rock because he can pull off his famous Kip up like king and he could also act (though king can only growl LOL), also it was hard finding a 6'7" muscle bounded mexican to play king, so realistically The Rock would succeed as king (being 6'3", half-samoan half-black and also gaining a lot of muscle mass during his career). ” - www-afzala1
Nathan Jones rose upon the world strongman scene in 1995 and showed promise to become perhaps the top competitor in the world. At 6' 11" and 360 lbs., the giant Australian known as Megaman was an imposing sight and used his great size and strength to place high in the World Musclepower Championships...
“ As Craig Murdok
This one is a biggest fan demand, sadly he didn't made it to the 2010 film of Tekken, so I chosen to be in this reboot with his partner Dwayne Johnson as their roles respectively (since King and Craig were once enemies, now friends in Tekken 5-6). ” - www-afzala1
“ As Craig Marduk (2nd choice)
Another choice of mine to play Marduk since he's Australian and huge like Nathan Jones and also a lot younger, his acting is unknown as he will make his debut in Undisputed 4. ” - www-afzala1
“ As Marshall Law
Since I seen him in a Bruce Lee series, he was a big fan of bruce, he actually looks like him and knows all about jeet kune do also. He should have his moustache in the film, unlike Cung Le, he should act calm and determined like Marshall. ” - www-afzala1

This is kinda awkward, but he has similar personality to Bob when he acted as Johnny Cage. When I played Tekken 6, Bobs moves were similar to XMA. I felt that matt should act as him, but with blonde hair and a fat-body suit. ” - www-afzala1
