I have been accused of only reading books that are being made into movies (or already have been). Here's a list of movies that have been or are being made into movies, where I've read the book but not watched the movie.

I got this book from the library but couldn't figure out why -- turns out I had read a news article about it being made into a movie and thought it sounded interesting. I'm curious how they'll turn the catalog into a movie, but it was an interesting read/look.

After spending the night together on the night of their college graduation Dexter and Em are shown each year on the same date to see where they are in their lives. They are sometimes together, sometimes not, on that day.

The book was an easy read, was surprised at the end. May eventually watch the movie, but may not.
3. Matilda (1996)

I LOVED this book as a kid -- I even kept my own notebook of observations. I do not plan on watching the movie though.

Beautiful book, but sad. I think I want to watch the movie, but now that it's no longer in theaters I'm not sure that I'll be able to make myself sit down to watch it.
