Following clues to the origin of mankind, a team find a structure on a distant moon, but they soon find they are not alone. (124 mins.)
Director: Ridley Scott
“ After what can only be described as a shameful portrayal of the Alien universe since Aliens, James Cameron has finally picked up the reins to reinvigorate the franchise. The new film focuses on the time before Ripley and her first encounter with our favorite acid for blood aliens. The film features the space jockeys featured in the first film when one of them (possibly more) crashed on LB426. Apparently these elephant looking ET's had something to do with the evolution of mankind and the creation of the aliens. Humans have some form of interaction with the space jockeys but, as we always seem to do, humans then fall out with their creators and somehow turn the aliens on them which I suspect nicely leads to the first Alien where we see the space jockey with a chest breach on LB426. ” - mad-bout-movies

“ I've been waiting for this movie since Chronicles of Riddick, which in my humble opinion is one of the most underrated movies of all time, I loved it and have seen it more times then I can remember. Unfortunately it would appear the production companies don't feel the same, so the story has gone down cheap street and it looks as though we may not see the Underverse after all, still, I love the character so still looking forward to it. ” - mad-bout-movies
