1.
David Caruso
Actor, CSI: Miami
His low-keyed intensity, deep-voiced somberness, pale skin, puffy-eyed baby face and crop of carrot-red hair are all obvious and intriguing trademarks of TV star David Caruso. A hugely popular item in the 1990s as a result of a smash crime series, he got way too caught up in all the hoopla surrounding him...
“ Why does every episode of CSI: Miami have to start with Caruso beginning a line, putting on his sunglasses, and ending it more dramatically? ” - tswimmer

2.
Dustin Diamond
Attended Zion Lutheran School in Anaheim, California. While in fifth grade, he portrayed 8th-grader Samuel "Screech" Powers in the television series Good Morning, Miss Bliss, which evolved into Saved by the Bell and its various television movies and spin-offs. Also appeared in the television series The Wonder Years.
“ Screech was sooooo annoying and it should be no surprise that the actor portraying him turned out to be a douche. ” - tswimmer

3.
Miley Cyrus
Actress, Bolt
Miley Cyrus was born in Franklin, Tennessee, the daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife, Letitia Jean "Tish" (Finley). She has 5 siblings - two half-brothers, a half-sister and a younger brother and sister. Her birth name is Destiny Hope, given to her by her parents who hoped she would achieve greatness...
“ The girl behind the wig of Hannah Montana, Miley began a series of events that led to annoying teen shows such as "Big Time Rush," "Jonas L.A," "Victorious," "Shake It Up!," "Sonny with a Chance," and "I'm In the Band" to name only a few. ” - tswimmer

4.
“ The person who played Mark on "Parks and Recreation," this character was so boring he was written out after season 2. Without him, "Parks and Rec" continued to thrive, and was just as funny without him. ” - tswimmer

5.
Raven-Symoné
Self, The View
Raven-Symoné Pearman was born in Atlanta, Georgia, to Lydia (Gaulden) and Christopher Pearman. At a young age, she moved to New York. While there Raven signed with the Ford Modeling Agency. They sent her out on a audition for a movie called Ghost Dad, which also starred the legendary Bill Cosby...
“ Raven Baxter on Raven could be annoying every now and then, but not enough to be included on this list. Instead, Symone earns a spot on this list for playing Olivia on "The Cosby Show" during the 80s and 90s. Created to essentially be "the next Rudy," Olivia instead became a character whose "cute" antics were more annoying than anything else. ” - tswimmer

6.
Kristen Wiig
Actress, The Martian
Kristen Carroll Wiig was born on August 22, 1973 in Canandaigua, New York, to Laurie J. (Johnston), an artist, and Jon J. Wiig, a lake marina manager. She is of Norwegian (from her paternal grandfather), Irish, English, and Scottish descent. The family moved to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, before settling in Rochester...
“ Kristen Wiig has many funny characters: Penelope, Judy Grimes, and the Target Lady all make me laugh anytime they appear on SNL. But Wiig's Gilly character is one of the most annoying creations Saturday Night Live has ever created that has appeared more than once. ” - tswimmer

7.
Mary-Kate Olsen
Actress, Full House
Mary-Kate Olsen (born June 13, 1986) is an American actress, fashion designer, producer, author, and businesswoman. She co-founded luxury fashion brands The Row, Elizabeth and James, and the more affordable lines Olsenboye and StyleMint alongside her fraternal twin sister Ashley Olsen. Olsen pursued acting independently as an adult until 2012. She is the older sister of actress Elizabeth Olsen...
“ Michelle Tanner started out as a baby. She quickly turned into one of the most annoying TV characters ever created. It would be hard to go three episodes without seeing Michelle cry at some point. Yet "Full House" lasted for eight years. That's eight years too many. ” - tswimmer

8.
“ George Lopez created a show appropriately titled "George Lopez" (says oodles about Lopez's creativity, doesn't it?). The main character, named George Lopez (again with Lopez being oh so creative) was always needlessly shouting, getting into trouble, and being a family man. A very annoying character, the show was cancelled after five years. ” - tswimmer

9.
Alfonso Ribeiro
Alfonso Ribeiro was born in New York on September 21, 1971. Alfonso's family is from Trinidad & Tobago. Although rumor has been that he is of Dominican descent, he has stated in an interview that this is false. Neither he nor his family are from the Dominican Republic; they originate from Trinidad & Tobago...
“ Ribeiro portrayed Carlton Banks on "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air." While the show was generally funny, the character Carlton was an annoying, self-centered goody-goody who tries to envy and pity his cousin Will at the same time. ” - tswimmer

10.
Steve Carell
Actor, The Office
Steve Carell, one of America's most versatile comics, was born Steven John Carell on August 16, 1962, in Concord, Massachusetts. He is the son of Harriet T. (Koch), a psychiatric nurse, and Edwin A. Carell, an electrical engineer. His mother is of Polish descent and his father is of Italian and German ancestry (Steve's grandfather had changed the surname from "Caroselli" to "Carrell")...
“ Steve Carell is undoubtedly funny in several movies, but his character Michael Scott on the NBC comedy "The Office" has overstayed his welcome. Always annoying his employees with offensive remarks or generally acting like an idiot. Interestingly enough, after seven years, Carell is leaving the office. Can the already rocky show continue without him? Only time will tell. ” - tswimmer
