Arnold Schwarzenegger Movies in Order of Greatness

No cameos. No made-for-tv movies. No pseudo-documentaries. No roles in which his likeness is digitally-altered or cgi-ed onto another actor's body. This list is comprised of movies in which The Arnold is on the movie poster and/or VHS/DVD/Blu-Ray cover (in other words--top billing only). The order begins with the Governator's most mind blowing roles and ends with his lesser great--but still pretty amazing--works of artistry. You may consider it official if you wish. Enjoy!

“ This movie has equal parts action, comedy, suspence, drama, and so on and so forth. Plus Jamie Lee Curtis doing a strip tease. James Cameron and Arnold Schwarzenegger complete each other. They should collaborate more often. ” - inked-gemini

How to wear chain mail and be taken seriously. Fighting fair. This movie and its message are so underrated. ” - inked-gemini

“ This movie inspires deep debates on the metaphysical. Was it a dream? Was it reality? Is reality reality...or simply the visceral imaginings of some random individual's overactive yet subconscious mind? Plus, it has an alien chick in it with three boobs. ” - inked-gemini

“ Another movie that proves how versatile Mr. Schwarzenegger's acting chops really are. In it, he plays a Russian cop hellbent on avenging his partner's death at the hands of a ruthless drug dealer. And I must say that Arnold's take on this character is very plausible. Stone faced. No emotion. Heavy accent. Strong but mostly silent. Lets his fists do the talking. I mean...you almost forget that he's from Austria while watching this. ” - inked-gemini

Director: Brian Levant
“ Every Christmas Eve, I make a cup of hot chocolate and sit down to enjoy the classics. It's a Wonderful Life. A Miracle of 34th Street. Jingle All the Way.
