We have a cut scene shot in 8mm featuring Sheri-Moon Zombie who fingers herself with a corpse, Bill Mosely tries to rape a girl while litterary wearing her father's skin, negative images of brain surgery and that's just the beginning.

How do I even describe this? A man rapes a bloke on a toilet, then get's his throat slit by some gangster, cross cut with strippers performing, while a dude is shot and his noodles flies toward the camera in slow motion, a clown performs a pole dance than throws knifes a almost naked guy who is stuck of a colorfull spinning wheel driven by a likewise almost naked man on a bicycle. And that's not even the first 10 minutes!
