My Favorite 30 Movies of the Last 20 years

Here are my top 30 movies of the last 2 decades in this list (from 1990 to 2009). However, I hadn't watched many of the important movies made in this period (like Von Trier's).
I must admit that listing movies in an implicit order is a very hard job; though, this list has a mince order.
